My husband purchased the Hearth Display in August of 2024 for $650. It didnt arrive for so long we almost cancelled it. Arrived in October of ******* never worked- we tried contacting Hearth dozens of times (I can share all emails). They acknowledged that they are in testing (something that is not advertised) and will not provide help. They refuse to talk by phone and now dont respond to any emails.I even offered to take a credit for when they get a better product- but they will not respond.Because of trying to make it work and how long it took to get answers, when I asked to return it, I was just past the return policy. So now we have a non working product and no one will talk with us. After some research, it seems that I am not the only person with this problem

I ordered an electronic calendar through this company @3 months ago. I had to pre-order it because they said it was backordered and they said it would be shipped in June. I told them it was for keeping my doctors appts together and linking my caregivers since my memories are bad after 26 surgeries including 2 brain surgeries and I am in stage 4 of a rare disorder. Unfortunately, it is now June 17th and they are not returning any emails asking where it is and I have not even gotten any notification that it is in shipping yet. They only sent out emails stating that as they produce them they will send them in order, so you have no idea if you will even get one in June or if yours has been pushed back etc. They should not be taking peoples money months before they even have products and without and guarantee date of it being sent out. It does not follow contract law because you are supposed to state amount, item and due date. You can't be vague and just say sometime as we make it. because that could end up being next year!! I have already ended up missing two very important appointments because of not having them down and I was kicked out of two specialists I waited two years for!! This was why I needed this in the first place. Now I have to try to appeal to get back in. Unfortunately, the state IHSS does not pay to have workers monitor and remind you of appt even if you have memory issues. However, they were willing to help me get this but it is worthless when I spent my money and I can't give them anything more than an email saying it was "supposed" to be in June!
