    Rudest people ever. They don't help, they don't care and hang up on your without even listening to the question or concern. My father is without his supply for over a month and I can't get anywhere. Prescription was never fulfilled. Terrible customer service.

    Five weeks after one of their home hospital beds was delivered to my mom, the bed is malfunctioning; it no longer reclines up or down. I just tried to reach the company to schedule a service visit, but the phone number listed is out of service. You call but it doesn't connect and automatically disconnects. ???
