    Last fall I decided to purchase a home warranty because my home is now 25 years old. I googled the top 10 home warranty businesses and First Premier home warranty is ranked number 4. I don't know if they have the employees and their families fill out positive reviews and delete the negative ones but I've had nothing but problems with this agency and have tried to cancel and was told it was not cost effective. Last year I filed a claim on my refrigerator because it was not making ice and dispensing the ice and water. My claim was approved however to this day my refrigerator still does not work. I have decided to sell my home and I need all my appliances in working order. I called First Premier home warranty and was told they paid the claim so I am out of luck. Now at the end of February I woke up one morning and had no heat. I was told by First Premier home warranty to call a business of my choice and they would reimburse me as it needed immediate attention. Their policy is you call them and they create a claim and then they get a hold of one of their contractors and then that contractor contacts the client and set something up and as I had no heat there was no time for this. I was told all I had to do was email a copy of the invoice with the receipt first Premier home warranty. This was at the end of February that I contacted them. I never received a response. I called again in March and was told to email yet another address and so I did and still no response. Today is April 1st, 2025 and I called again and they sent me a form to sign for a cash payment. The invoice was for a trip charge for $105, labor for $270, and the blower motor which went out for $269 however they were only offering me $240. I did not sign the contract and called back and was told they don't pay for labor. However ****** - my fee is not $240.00. It is a joke they don't pay for labor because I guarantee they paid their handyman for labor when I filed the claim for the refrigerator.

    If I could give negative stars I would! Scammers verbally coerced me into initiating a policy over the phone and told me I would be refunded if not satisfied within 30 days with no agreement or fees. Policy has not even started so I decided after reading warranty info, to cancel. The policy has more uncovered data verses whats covered. This company is fraudulent. I called to cancel and it has not been a full 2 weeks. They refused to over phone **** told me I could initially) and angrily told me to email. I emailed and now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee. STAY AWAY!

    I pay monthly dishwasher doesn't work properly service came sent estimate to Premier march 6th today March 24th they want to give me 150 dollars that's not what I signed up for and pay for

    They have a good price for the warranty but when you file a claim, they give you the run ;around, hang up on you, don't answer the phone, etc...I have been waiting for service or payment since December, 2024. To date, I have been getting the run around. I have been told that I would get an email, that I needed to complete and send back. I have never received anything in an email in order to receive compensation. When I tried to call back to let them know that I didn't get it, the phone picked up and hung up several times, then I didn't get an answer at all. I have been calling each month since January and still have not come to a resolution for the issue with my dishwasher as of today.3/22/2025

    I got a Platinum First Premier Home Warranty contract which includes the the refrigerator/freezer components. Yet when I filed a claim, First Premier stated that my contract did not include the Ice make in the freezer. How absurd. This company is fraud. I wrote a letter to this company, and at present I am awaiting their written response. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    ****..ultimately contract different from the initial contract. On page 19..they stipulate they dont have to provide service and I wave my rights for legal remedy. ..Initially, They pushed the best plan for 6 years for $3,500 with a special supervisors approval for the military.i said let me just try this for a year. Now 6 months later I have a shower with no pressure.i told them this specificallythe company they said to call..company required payment up front to diagnosethen they did not come.they asked for a picture and sent it to company and said what was wrong.8 days later I call to see when they will arrive.premier says DENIED they dont replace cartridges..they said I need it done anyway.just pay the company they said.and you get 60 from the 400 dollar charge to fix.because you need it done anyway. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK..350 of 699 at 6 monthshe said sure.with cancellation fee you get 45 back..he mocked me.asked do you wanna cancel it now? I can do it now..want your 45 back? I asked to appeal.he said he was supervisor and it was DENIED. I called back 3 different times.he finally asks me..you must have a lot of time on your hands...just move ****** are not getting your money back!

    I have a homeowner policy for 3 years i have 3 Years left on a fully paid policy. I called to have someone and look at my water heater. They said they only responded by email. 24 hours I received an email with the techs phone number. I called them they said they no longer work with 1st premier! I tried to call also getting a robot and put on hold for 3 hrs ****** I have someone (hopefully) tomorrow. After 5 days without hot water

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD !Bad business . This company over charged me . Took money out of my bank account 3 times in less the a week apart.. I call email talked t9 agt supervisor etc Requesting to have my account canceled .. they still continue to take payments out of my account after I was told it they had closed it and I asked them to removed my card inf . A week later they came back in charged me a $75 cancelation fee that I was not aware of . That they even charged for cancellation. BEWARE..EveryThing I requested to be fixed they never showed up for it never could even get a claim filed . One agt called me at 4am saying waking me from sleeping I asked him do he know what time it was . And smartly he responded ..its time to file your claim.I was never able to file it because they never would call me back to file it after waiting days . They taking $35 for monthly pat ******* $100 saying that is missed a payment..then $75. To cancel my contract. These people are unprofessional & scammers . Never gotten any service done nor did they refund my money . THATS WAY IM REPORTING THIS MATTER ..BAD BUSINESS!
