Ordered a 60 range from them Feb. 27 they promised to ship out the following week. When I wanted to follow up with tracking, this week I found out they went out of business. I was charged $14,000. I purchased a stove from them in 2021. And there was something wrong with the burner. They picked it up and I still have not received my money for my new stove. *** tried contacting them and the number wont even go through. 5/10/22:Placed order for stove/oven unit from Superior Marketing for $4199.00 plus $500 later for stove legs with a 2 year warranty. Account/order: ********. *************. Ext. **** ******)Unfortunately due to a terrible contractor, our kitchen remodel was not completed until 5/1/23. Our stove unit was installed and we quickly discovered it doesn't work properly. The stove top and oven cannot be used simultaneously. We called immediately and after calling weekly since, we finally had email confirmation that TGR appliance repair would fix it. However, the repairman refused to come work on it because after 2-4 weeks of waiting on parts, Superior Marketing still had not sent them. So after discussing the terrible service of Superior Marketing with the repairman over the phone, he told us we were on our own. We have been unable to find any other servicers in our area.We have called nearly weekly trying to get a replacement for our unit, but continue to get the run-around. We were told in July that we would not get a replacement due to the lack of servicer in case something broke in the second, but that they would pick up the broken unit and give us our money back. In August, we were told that we would be given store credit to a different website (************************) when they got our unit back to the warehouse in NY. It has been 3 weeks since that discussion. We still have not received a date to when our unit will be picked up.We want our money back now to original form of payment ***** debit)-not to another random website-so that we will not be without a stove for weeks-months waiting on the return shipping time + the new ************** time. And we want them to come pick up the broken stove.All in all, it has been 4 months since trying to resolve this matter without luck. Please resolve this issue.Customer Answer

This company is listed as the ** representative if Ilve, an Italian kitchen appliance manufacturer. We purchased an Ilve kitchen range a few months ago and it is malfunctioning. We called this company repeatedly for technical help/warranty repair but we do not have the original purchase number. The company refuses to even speak with ** without this information. This was an expensive appliance, which we are not able to use because it malfunctions. Also, it creates a health/fire hazard as the flame on one of the burners "dies out" at random. BUYER BEWARE We purchased an ILVE range in Dec 2022, which arrived in January with a broken cooling fan. The range noise is so loud we have been unable to use the oven for FIVE months now. Ive called the company and emailed with several customer service reps there over three dozen times, the result - TWICE now the wrong part has been delivered and no one on the Superior marketing side has been proactive in following up with us to correct it. I spend about ***** minutes a week on hold and attempting to reach someone there only for eventually a person to promise to try and help, and never return a call or an email.Ive asked for supervisor contact information without any response now three times.. I have asked to speak with or obtain the contact info for a supervisor in both the parts and customer service departments multiple times with no response. Six months after ordering this $4000 range and it is still broken..
Without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, its unacceptable.

On December 2, 2022, the undersigned has acquired online a Forte Range Hood (KEIRA1136) from Superior Marketing. The item was paid in full ($1,659.26) by means of an **************** card (Superior Marketings invoice # ********).On Sun, Dec 4, 2022 <**************************************> wrote:Dear *************************, Your Order Was Received for Shipment with YF Logistics, LLC. To the above message, I replied with no delay by stating the following:YF Logistics has delivered to my address a Forte **************** hood. I wonder why the box containing the product was delivered non-sealed.Upon opening the delivered box, I discovered that part of the exhaust duct connector was slightly bent. Pictures of the item were sent to Superior Marketing. We let the superintendent communicate to the driver that we were calling Superior Marketing on the telephone to learn about the unexpected visit, but we were informed that the truck driver had left.Evidently the replacement of the Forte range hood that Superior Market had promised did not occur.As you have been previously notified, the pick-up of the item in question (order #********) must be executed simultaneously with the delivery of a new one. I am sure that you will understand that we have been waiting for your company to comply with its professional duties for a very long time and that no further delay could be admissible. Subsequently, Superior Marketing has communicated by telephone to the undersigned that they had planned to pick up the contentious item and deliver the new one later, without specifying any date. As indicated above, I have been waiting for more than 4 months for Superior Marketing to replace the item in question. The delivery of the new Forte range hood ought to occur concurrently with the pick-up of the old one. A completion of the promised replacement of the item with a further delay is not admissible. I purchased an Ilve range from Superior Marketing that was delivered in April of 2022. The order # is *******. The unit was not installed and tested until 2-3 months after receipt because it was being installed in a new construction residence, but once installed had out of box failures immediately. After complaints about this, Superior Marketing sent a technician to inspect and adjust but this did not solve the problem. I requested the unit be returned and Superior Marketing refused. They stalled and did not respond to me for months as I continued to attempt to escalate my complaint. They finally sent a second technician, who found problems with the stove, made adjustments, and ordered replacement parts. To date, the request from the technician for the parts has not been confirmed and my numerous attempts to resolve this situation are going unanswered. The technician has also confirmed that Superior Marketing has not responded to him.Each time I contact Superior Marketing, they tell me they will look into the problem and get back to me and then no one ever does. I still have a stove that is very expensive and has never functioned properly from the moment it was unpacked. Superior Marketing appears to be purposefully avoiding standing behind any product warranty or commitment to quality and likely are aware they units they sell have issues.Customer Answer

BUYER BEWARE-************ is the definition of exactly how to not run a business, I am an appliance dealer located in **.Here are the basics...The stove for our client was ordered on April of last year, with an 8 month lead time, with an expected ship date of 12/20/22. The unit was pushed back an additional 2 months with the expected ship date of 2/17. We followed up every single day after 2/17, with no response. Their company seems to have a revolving door for people in any position of authority.***, ***************** are all in the sales department. None of them follow up on outstanding orders. ******, a supervisor, is not longer with the company, and we were never told that she had resigned In addition, the on-hold times are 30 minutes ++, so sure you have time to spare when calling, as you will be holding for quite some time. In many cases, we were holding for much longer than 60 minutes at a time. After roughly 6 hours on hold, waiting to get an answer as to where my stove was, I was told it was damaged. When I asked for pictures of the damaged stove, they could not provide proof they actually received the stove. At this point, they are not willing to offer any form of compensation to us or our client Save yourself the complete and utter headache this will cause by choosing anything this company represents.Customer Answer
