    When I contacted OnePoll US inquiring why my account was suddenly blocked, I received a response that several people, including me, were using the same IP address and that they were going to investigate this phenomenon. I explained that this happened because, for security purposes, people use VPN services, and my account should be unblocked. Also, I told them that they were using this as a lame excuse not to pay me. I haven't heard from them again since, and I continue to be unable to access my account. They owe me about $4445.

    Our terms and conditions state that redemption can only be made when a member reaches **** points which is exchangeable for $65 Because we have identified suspicious activity the account has been blocked.

    We believe that this members has breached the terms and conditions they signed up to and no payment should be made

    Due to One Poll US suspending my account for utilizing a VPN service, I am unable to obtain **** points. They assert that I shared an IP address with a number of their clients, which is highly suspicious and against their policies. This is merely a pretext for deferring repayment of accumulated earnings. This seems to be a standard procedure at One Poll US

    One Poll is a survey company. I noticed that I have not received an email survey invite from them in a while, therefore attempted to login to their website only to find out they blocked my account. I already earned $38 through them, but you need to earn $65 minimum before cashing out. However, they suddenly closed my account without notice, warning, or explaination but THEY KEPT the $38 from previous surveys they owe me for. I am asking for this company to either reopen my account OR pay me the $38 they owe me so far. It is illegal to just shut my account and keep my funds!

    We have noted the complaint. We noticed suspicious activity from this member account and asked for verification of their details, but they refused to supply this. As such the account remains blocked as we have no way of confirming if this person is who they said they are. Our terms and conditions clearly state that once accounts are blocked members will have no more access to the points accrued.

    We do not consider that we are in breach of any law or statute

    One Poll US (also known as ***********.) is the business in question. They are a survey company located in Brooklyn, ** that does online surveys, most of which take a few moments of time. Each survey provides compensation, usually $0.50 to $0.75 per survey. Over the several months I've completed many surveys that have totaled approximately $58. However, the site does not allow a withdrawal or claim to the money until you reach the payout figure of $65.00 at which they send you the money via Paypal. It normally takes a few weeks to be paid. In their survey's they've put in quality checks or questions that require you to put a certain answer to make sure you are paying attention and not just clicking anything quickly. I've done what was asked of me for the quality checks. Last week of July 2022 they flagged my account saying I've failed these quality checks and are now blocking/deleting my account. I never clicked improperly or failed these quality checks. I feel they switched my answers so I would fail and then they would get out of paying me once I would reach the $65 threshold that was to. I am far from the only person to have this issue with them, friends of mine have received issues. After contacting them, they refused to re-instate or pay me what I am owed. By removing me from the panel and many others they save thousands of dollars they would have to pay out to folks. I find their practices dubious, dishonest and unethical. Please help me get my $58 to which I'm entitled to after filling out many surveys and following the instructions.
