      Item was ordered August 26, 2022. As of September 7, 2022, I have received no shipping information and there is no one answering the phone or emails. Emails sent 9/7/2022; phone messages left 9/6/2022 and 9/7/2022. There have been no responses to any attempts to reach them.

      I ordered a Fisher Wallace 'Stimulator' (order number ******) which came with a 100% refund guarantee if I did not notice improvement in 30 days. The device began causing severe headaches and I began reaching out to them at the beginning of August via their website chat. I was told to turn the device up to level 3 and then offered another 30 day extension to try the device. I do not want to do either of those things. I want to return it for a full refund. But Fisher Wallace is not interested in allowing me to return the device for a refund.

      I bought their simulator and it didnt work so I returned it they told me that it would take 5 weeks to return my money I asked why and they wouldnt answer me I dont think this is fair why should they be aloud to collect interest on my money if I took 5 weeks to pay them there would be interest involved please help me get my money back I picked their address but it gave me the other address Im a senior citizen thank you ********************* I dont know how to upload things on here sorry

      Refund Policy

      Customers may return their Fisher Wallace Stimulator for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. Fisher Wallace provides a free return shipping label and does not charge any additional fees. Refunds are processed within five weeks following the receipt of an undamaged device

      The customer returned their device to ********************************************* on 3/15/2022 (see attached confirmation) and a refund will be processed within the five week processing period once the device is inspected.

      This should satisfy the customer's inquiry.

       They didnt say why they have to keep my money for 5 weeks your gonna tell me they need 5 weeks to see if machine is damaged it was only a month old and I emailed them that they have the canceled credit card for the return and they never answered to get the correct credit card number so how are they going to return my money dont buy from fisher Wallace youll be sorry
