Purchased an ankle brace from them Instead of Amazon thinking I would receive better service. Brace cost ***** Company claims brace will easily fit I to your shoe. Will not fit into my shoe. ***** also bags and rubs at back of my heal which could cause blisters. Tried to return but they said since I admitted to wearing it since I tried it on that it is not returnable. It was not easy for me to purchase this brace for my broken ankle since I am on a set income. Had I purchased through Amazon I would be able to return it. Company also offered to allow me to BUY a smaller size since I bought the standard size. I'm so upset. Do not buy from this company because you can't even try on the brace or its unreturnable. A refund and return of product was the outcome i had hoped for. I could and should have purchased this exact brace from Amazon where I could have easily returned it at any point. As your associate agreed with me in this. Having tried it on for fit is your excuse that it has been worn and is therefore unreturnable. It was sent in a delivery box not even sealed in plastic. I wasn't even sure it was that sanitary to begin with. Your resolution was to offer to let me BUY another brace that is a smaller size. I would never continue to do any business with you after this. Another false claim is that the product fits easily into a shoe. It does not fit into any shoe at all making it unusable on top of it rubbing, causing discomfort and being the wrong size. I can see that you have no intention of resolving this problem. It has taught me a great ****** to not deal directly with the manufacturer of a product especially online.

The absolute worst customer service possible! After ordering a couple items, totaling $141.13, I reached out to this company via their website chat box. Not only was no one available, I did not get a response for more than a day later after emailing them. At this point I have sent multiple messages to them to cancel this order, which I was told could be rejected while in transit. However, it was not and that was the beginning of their lies and garbage replies. It is apparent how their customer service has no clue about how to handle this matter as they changed the carrier through their emails and provided false statements. Additionally, I followed THEIR crappy policy of returning the first item I received by my own means which ended up costing me more than purchasing the product. So I am to be reimbursed for that as well.For them to tell me I need to return the items on my own, from my own funds when they could have stopped it multiple days before sending it proves their stupidity and abysmal business ethics by not acknowledging the customer's request, forcing the customer to pay out of pocket for their lies and lack of service, as well as adding a BS charge of 15% for "restocking fee" which we all know is total garbage. I am also owed an additional $6.80 for return shipping charges and packaging. This will total $147.93.Given their reputation, it is evident they care nothing about the customer and would rather take this step instead of **************** themselves.Customer Answer

The product was bought on May 29th and we still haven't received the product. After several calls they haven't resolved the problem to keep saying that they're going to send me the product but it never gets sent I would like the exact product sent over to me as soon as possible we have a clinic and we need that apparatus. The apparatus in question is a respiratory device to do pulmonary function tests.Business Response

On January 5, 2023 I purchased (2) boxes of nitrile gloves from MDMaxx. They were shipped on 1/06/2023 and they were supposed to be delivered on 1/11/2023 by *** and I never received the package. I informed MDMaxx about this and they said that *** confirmed delivery of the package. I told them that the only package delivered that day to my house was for my wife and I have proof on my ring doorbell camera of this. So ***************************** who was the person handling this matter told me to send her pictures of the package and its tracking number, so I did so. She said she would follow up on this with *** and get back with me in **** business days. This was on 1/16/2023. I followed up with ******* on 2/09/2023 because I hadnt receive a response from her on this issue. ******* said she contacted them (***) again and they said that they were still working on this and will provide her with an update as soon as they have news to share. I informed her that this is unacceptable to me and I would like a full refund. This was on 2/10/2023 and I havent heard anything from them as of yet. At this point I have no merchandise or refund for my purchase. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this matter with them.Business Response

On November 29, 2022, I placed an order online for *************** Systems VascuEase DVT System. I also purchased a 3 year warranty. The total price charged to my credit was $348.99. I was sent an email confirming my order (#*******). I called on Friday, 12/2/2022, and again on Monday, 12/5/2022, to follow up on the order, as there was never any information provided regarding the estimated shipping time of the product. When you call the business, no one ever answers the phone, no matter what option you choose. Elevator music plays and then a recording comes on that instructs you to leave a message, press # to return to the queue, or it tells you to hang up at anytime. I kept selecting # to go back to the queue, yet I was never ever to speak to anyone. I also tried to live chat with a representative via MDMaxxs website, and that was also a failed attempt. I received the following reply, Thanks! Your message has been submitted. You will receive a response here or via email. You may leave more messages below. We'll respond as soon as we can. At this point, there are just too many red flags! The company is selling products but yet unavailable to assist the customer after the purchase of these products? And they have yet to respond to my inquiry submitted at 8:11AM CST this morning. I encourage all consumers to do their due diligence before purchasing anything from MDMaxx!!! *** had to notify my credit card company to dispute the charge. In addition, I had to cancel the current card, and request another card to be issued, in order to ensure that future charges wont be attempted by MDMaxx. In addition, I never found an option on MDMaxxs website to cancel the order. Yet, another red flag!!!Business Response

Our daughter suffers from SMA type one and requires a feeding pump because she cant take anything by mouth. I was separating from the military and moving overseas so we bought from them on the recommendation of our therapist. We bought the pump on Jun 20th and when it arrived the pump didnt seem to work correctly. We call the pump hotline and asked if this pump was working correctly and after a video conference they said that it needed to changed out immediately. We called MD maxx and it was a hellish experience it took 24 hours for them to believe me and I blew my voice yelling at the staff for being rude. They finally agreed to replace it, but since we needed immediate assistance because again she needs this to live they told us we had to express ship it ourself and it costed another 130 dollars. Then they refused to ship it until they arrived even though I had a tracking number.( again cant stress this enough the feeding pump is the ONLY way my daughter eats or drinks. We got the new one and in a week the same issues occurred, but now we live in *****. I reached out to the company asking for them just to refund us but they havent responded to multiple emails. I posted a negative review on there site and its been deleted multiple times. We had this pump for 3 years when I was in the military so we know that it has a 5 year shelf life and neither of those pumps sounded like this. Please we just want our money and buy another pump in *****. I can attach all attachments of emails with them.
