    They arrived late. They arrived for a $944 pack job with no TV boxes and no packing material. They have charged me $2000. I had to take the lead man to ********** to get the packing material and boxes because they had no car no food no water nothing. they still have a my ******* cross that my husband bought for me in Bethlehem before he died. I am missing a fire arm. I found the case but not the firearm. There are so many things broken 2 televisions. My computer is trashed. It looks like they threw it on the ground and stepped on it screen is completely cracked will not even come on. They intimidated and bullied me the entire time they were moving my things. The lead man made me sign, 10 blank bills of lading. I told him I did not want to sign them without them being filled out, and he then said if I didnt sign him, he would not unload my furniture. He kept trying to leave before all the furniture was loaded into the house, this is a very serious situation because they flat out lied. The extra $2000 was blackmail and they bullied me and now they have things that belong to me that I cant get back. I have attempted to communicate with ***** she set up two phone calls with me did not answer either one did not return emails after that, and basically blackmailed me and told me if I would stop my credit card dispute she would help me get my jewelry back I did she did not this company is unbelievable to try to work with. I am considering a class action lawsuit with other people online that are saying the same thing. ** also calling the Attorney General in ******* to report this and Im reporting him to the inner national trucking over state lines company, this is happening to people at a very stressful time and these are the most unprofessional, rude, hateful men I have ever had any contact with I felt threatened the entire time. I will not let this go. I am going to pursue this as long as *********** going to be that little person that makes a difference.

    Beacon was going to be moving ** from **** to ******* but they cancelled after already having loaded some items on the truck the day of moving. Their company had a legally binding contract stating they would accept a credit card for the payment. They have broken this contract and costed us thousands in both capital and opportunity cost. Be very aware this company will leave you high and dry on you moving day causing you to scramble the day of moving to pick up *******. This company is put to take your money and break contracts. You cannot trust what they say as they have no problems with breaking contracts to take advantage of the customer.

    We hired Beacon to Move us from ********** from Georgia and they delivered it early and our mattress box spring and several missing boxing where missing along with several broken items. I put in a calm for our lose and it was denied for no reason. I'm unable to get a working address from them to start my law suit. I've have been given three wrong address. I can't get the manager on the phone to help with my claim. Beacon picked up our items on July 23 2022 and was delivery on August 13 2022 and we paid a total of $5799.12 for services not render.

    Beacon Moving damaged my property in multiple ways and will not reimburse the damages certified by their claims partner *********************** LLC in *******. I went through the tangled web of the claim process they've set up and Anthem approved the claim, which was only for a tiny portion of what they damaged in January 2022. They have still not paid me and told me they don't have any paperwork. I've left out 90% of the battle to get a claim processed and Beacon's lack of customer service. The business is set up to avoid paying the damages they cause. They owe me $189.00 and will not pay the claim. I've had to call them ***** times over the year trying to get a response. Not many people would go to the length of filing this report if they weren't extremely frustrated and disappointed. It's amazing they are still in business. Wish I would have avoided them after seeing their BBB reports.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [I have been contacting Beacon every day for the past week.  I've been told repeatedly that they would pay the claim and still have not done so.  It should be reopened if it's closed.  That is the latest up to date information.]

    The my up charged me for my move and told me that it was going to be one price and then raised the price. I flew home from ******* to get my stuff out of storage. When I arrived they took care of all my things nicely nothing was damage. When I returned to ******* I waited over a month, for my belongings to come. I also had no contact from them, when I did they couldnt give me an eta. I was leaving for my twins wedding on the day they called me to tell me my stuff was coming! I had to change my flight and pay for a new one. When my stuff got here it was completely damage, my tv, my couch boxes things were smashed and completely broken and had no care in the world for my belongings. I had things glued together from them damaging my stuff and gluing it back together. I had thousands of dollars worth of stuff damage and them change around the contract. I am beyond upset that I sent almost 3k to get my stuff delivered for it all to be broken and now Im out on money. They completely went through all my stuff ruined it all Im beyond angry and want a resolution
