    They were three hours late. They tried to up charge me because my building has five steps. They tried to demand bigger tips aggressively and up front. They refused to take my tv. They couldnt get my couch out of the hallway and kept dragging it through the doorway until it started to tear and break the doorframe so they literally left my couch. I only had a few big items because it was a studio. So no couch no tv. And when we got to my new apartment that has an elevator they demanded a fee for long carry because it was maybe a one minute walk to the building. I said where are your trollys. They claimed they couldnt use them. I refused to be upcharged. -I used this company to move me two months prior the same exact move and everything was fine. They got my couch my tv and had trollys- but the worst part is yet to come because they couldnt get more money from me they threw everything I owned. They broke my 50$ garbage can, my soda stream, my bathroom shelving, MY COMMUNION picture frame that Ive had for 20 years. Imagine being exhausted and dealing with glass all over a box. My rolling laundry basket cracked literally in half and I have multiple sclerosis I need to wheel my laundry I cant carry things. I spent the whole night crying and the boss never returned my phonecalls. I begged them for a refund I sent him every picture. Even video proof. They dropped everything in the doorway of my apartment and ran because they knew I was going to see everything broken. I dont even know what to do here and I dont have any more money to get my couch theyre the worst people on this earth.
