    So far they have been great. They have been transparent that the pick up and delivery time are to fall within a window, and they have been transparent about possible fees. It seems like most of the complaints come down to people having more stuff than they said they would. That said, the prices seem reasonable, just at market rate. Things can always go wrong with moving but this seems like a good outfit.

    Communicate is terrible ! Driver tried coming a day earlier than expected, when I specifically needed a certain day. He tried to force it which was already frustrating, the lady that was helping us didnt really have much interest in trying to find a solution in the beginning all she would say is thats to be expected the day you book isnt always guaranteed which mind you I booked this ahead of time for 1 and for 2 throughout our whole process of signing up they pitched it in another way . Anyways communication was terrible with **** I literally had to chase them down for a response to confirm the time they will come cause you know things happen so I rather be safe and check then to assume . Well I texted her at 10:28am and was told she was checking with dispatchers but didnt get a response from her until 2pm and she was telling me how hes on the way. Her customer service and communication sucked and I would never recommend anyone coming here. I would give them zero stars if I could they made this move so stressful

    I can understand why this company has the ratings it has. I'm in the mist of moving soon and some how this company ended up with phone number and upon receiving the first phone call I asked to be removed from their calling list. However that didn't happen and I received another call from (Star) on 4/26 while at work, she left a message so I returned the call to request once again to be removed from the calling list. She then started to ask me questions about the items I'm moving and i politely advised her i just called to be removed from the calling list. Then (Star) with a very nasty demeanor replied and I quote "That's all you had to say and rudely hung up the phone. I called the company back and she picked up the call again. I was trying to express to her even if I was looking to use a moving company I wouldn't do business with this company due to her demeanor and she again said something rude and hung the phone. So I waited about **** mins and called back to speak with her supervisor/manager. Again she answers the phone and I requested to speak with a supervisor/manager and she proceeds to say she's the supervisor and manager so I asked to speak to her supervisor/manager. The young lady then said they were gone for the day and had the nerve to tell me, and i quote "I had to much time on my hands" Of course she again rudely disconnected the call. I reached out to the company this afternoon and was connected to a guy name *** who said he's the manager. He was very polite but half way into me explaining what happened he started to give me the feeling he wanted to rush me off the call. I have worked in Customer Sevice for 30+ years and have dealt with alot companies and never was spoken to in that manor. So if I ever hear a friend/family member mention using this company to move anything I will advise against it and direct them to these reviews. Word of mouth is the best advertisement for a company and I guess she did learn in customer service training. *************

    I was concerned about the move from ** to ** but everything went great and in constant communications with office on pick up and delivery. Their sales person Star was great!

    Our BINDING estimate was **** dollars. The final bill was **** dollars. The crew boss actually asked us, "where's our tip?"

    To Whom It May ********** really do appreciate the BBB for notifying our company regarding this complaint. We as a business are always looking for ways to improve our company and servicing our customer to the best of our ability. My customers are my number one priority and its good to hear back from them whether they had a good or bad experience so that we can continue to improve our company and the employees who are working here. When the movers arrived to ************************************ location on Friday August 5th, 2022 the ******* informed him that there was a change in the inventory list and the move information. The binding estimate that was provided to them was based on the move information that he provided over the phone to his representative *************************. Once that information is changed, the ******* has to reevaluate the load, the space and the services needed for his move to provide him with a brand new updated binding price to include the updated inventory list and information for his move.************************************ update his inventory list on the day of the move and the movers had to do some packing for them. As according to the final binding price of the move, the ******* provided him with an updated binding price that included everything and was also adjusted for the packing services and supplies that were rendered to him. The confirmation email that they signed prior to his move date clearly stated that those items required extra care and if they did not pack them in advance then the movers would do it for him at an additional cost. On the day of pick-up, the customer signed the contract in agreement to the updated binding price.As we mention before customer service is our number one priority here at Olympus Moving and Storage.     DO NOT USE. HORRIBLE!!!!!HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE!I wish I could give no stars. I have moved over 15 times and this was the ABSOLUTE WORSE!I hired them to move my Daughters Studio apartment from *** to ************. They provided me with a binding agreement for same day delivery at a cost of $1140, which was 300 less than 3 other quotes. That should have been my clue to do some research!The morning of the move, 5 men showed up, of which only 2 did any work. There were some additional items than needed to be moved which I originally was told it would be no problem since we were so under minimum weight. Wrong! They boxed up remaining items, 1 item to a box, including pillows, stuffed animals, etc. 1 hour after these items were boxed and everything was fully loaded on the truck, they came back with a revised quote of $4500 and it would take 7 days for delivery. I of course argued and they said either pay or we are taking all items off the truck and leaving on the street, in other words, pay our BRIBE, you have no choice. They also mandated that we tip before they left. I did fight loudly enough to get them to deliver the next day, not same day mind you. When they arrived in ************ they said the door was more than 75 feet from the truck and that it would be $500 additional dollars. We told them to drop it where it was and we would do the rest because we were not going to be bribed once again. They actually then asked for a tip!LET ME REITERATE, DO NOT USE!

Although we always do our best to target to the customers preferred dates, its impossible to guarantee the exact date due to the fact that trucks are travelling long distance across the country, and many factors may have to be taken into consideration. We however, always do our best to be there as close as possible to the requested delivery date and our dispatch department always make sure to keep the customer updated on the status of his/her delivery.Mr. *********************** moved from ********, ** on Friday August 26th, 2022 and he received his delivery in ************, ** on the following day Saturday August 27th, 2022.
