      Tunecore is the worst company I have ever worked with as far as customer service. It is impossible to get anyone to respond, or to successfully contact anyone in this company with any problems, questions, or complaints. I am looking for money that I withdrew from my TuneCore account, and it still has not shown up in the Payoneer portal, which is where the money flows from TuneCore to me. I have not been able to get ANY response from any human, and the ** chat on the website is worthless. I have stopped uploading my music to TuneCore, but the music that I have uploaded in the past is still there, and I am just trying to communicate with anyone who can help. They say their team reviews requests and will get back to customers, but that never happens. If you are a musician uploading songs to platforms, avoid TuneCore at all costs.

      On May 21, 2024, I submitted my song to TuneCore to release/distribute June 5, 2024. I received an email from TuneCore May 22, 2024, stating that they "have determined that the above release contains audio which violates third party rights". I provided the Non-Exclusive License Contract Agreement the same day after receiving the email. I received an email from TuneCore on May 23, 2024 stating "Thank you for providing this documentation. We are forwarding this internally to be reviewed by our rights team. Due to higher than typical volumes, please allow 3-5 business days for additional updates to be provided.." It is June 7, 2024, and 11 business days with no response. I asked for an update on May 31, 2024, no response. I asked again using their website's support link on June 5, 2024, and automated email from TuneCore was sent stating I would receive a response within 1-2 business days. No response and nothing to date. I've paid them for the year back in September 2023 for their "Professional" plan, and their website states that customer service response time is 24 hours on the "Professional" plan. I've considered uploading the same song submission with another distributor, but I fear it may cause more issues, since TuneCore has my song for review. They also charged me an additional $6.35 for adding a second main artist, but my song submission status remains as denied.There is no other way of contacting them other than email. I understand that they may be busy due to high volume, but just give me an update...something...anything... even just "hey, rights team needs another 2-3 business days more"...This is so disappointing & discouraging to a new artist such as myself. They released 2 songs for me previously with no issues.If the issue is because I added a second main artist, I can omit it due to the License Contract Agreement. They don't need to be credited, I was just being nice to the second artist Looking for assistance with the matter. Thank you

      Better Business Bureau Complaint To Whom It May ********* am writing to formally lodge a complaint against TuneCore regarding significant discrepancies in our streaming revenue reports.In February 2024, our records indicate that we accrued ******* streams, yet the reported earnings for this period are a mere $5.72. This figure is grossly inconsistent with the revenue we should have received based on industry standards. Additionally, in January 2024, we recorded ****** streams, but TuneCore only reported $1.29 in sales. These numbers do not align with our previous earnings and suggest a serious issue in the reporting or payout system.As a long-standing record business, we have a thorough understanding of industry revenue expectations, and these figures are far below what is accurate and reasonable. We suspect there may be either a computer error or intentional withholding of funds.If these discrepancies are not resolved promptly and accurately, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover our rightful earnings and ensure transparency in the future.We urge TuneCore to investigate this matter immediately and rectify these inconsistencies.       This is a music distribution company that I have released my music through them since 2019 , but not without constant issues. They charge me to release my music but will not actually release my music. On or around May 6th 2024 I paid a total of $75.00 to have a single released and it never happened. The only option you have to speak with someone to resolve your issue is through email. After multiple attempts Ive gotten no response besides an automated system telling you that someone will be in contact . Ive reached out through email on May, 8th May, 9th May 10th May 17th and May 21st 2024. This is a very common problem with this company and not the first time issue Ive had. I am left with no resolution and my money being taken. Theres nothing you can do about it because your only option is to email and they will continue to ignore you.

      Tune core doesnt have a customer service phone number any longer. I paid for them to release my music and they havent done it. I keep emailing them but bots answer and say my case is closed. They signed me up for autopsy and they dont have an option for me to remove my credit card from their website or cancel the auto pay they stole my money and are attempting to steal it again. I cant cancel there is no way to contact them or remove my account information. The change the language and you cant understand there are only bots operating this company

I reached out to that account owner on May 13, 2024 at 11:30 AM CST to confirm if this is the same person. We will handle this accordingly once we receive confirmation that this is the same person. If we cannot confirm this, there's no action we can take as we cannot identify the account holder.

      This is a publishing company who collected royalties for 2 years. I'm a content creator, producer ect. Then out of nowhere stating that the contract is terminated. No validation request and no contact beyond an email. This company is a fraud.

      The company is sending a generic response not pertaining to my specific case. I am a YouTuber there is not a way to post content if it isn't within guidelines. This company has been collecting off of my personal productions for about 3 years never a flag or a problem until the year of payout.       I *******************************, would like to respond to the last message received. This business response is unsatisfactory due to this company collecting from my production over a years time without fail. Upon time to pay me out there was only a communication of the termination of the contract. Several inquiries I question why without specifics. I only got a response after the BBB complaint. I work with ******* who validate all videos prior to release, how is there problems. This company scammed me and refuses to pay me what is due. I'm an immigrant who has relocated to the states, the login location changed. No means of communication beyond generic email replies.This company is a scam.

      On 12-5-23 I cancelled my renewal (scheduled for 2-28-2) 4 or at least I thought I did. Just like every review or complaint on here states, theyre impossible to contact through phone or email. They only let you do this through the website, so I followed all their instructions and went through their whole convoluted process. That day, I did receive a couple of emails, the first stating the releases below have been taken down from the online stores. And the other describing the process for cancelling online, which I did and I also responded directly to this email with I want to cancel my renewal. So I thought I was good until I found out they charged my credit card the renewal fee on Sunday 2-28-24. The next day I contacted them again through their website but God only knows what happened with that because its next to impossible to get a response from them. So I called my credit card company and explained the situation and asked them to block Tunecore because I dont know if theyre going to keep charging my card in the future. And the credit card company reversed the charge temporarily and reached out to Tunecore to see if they have a response. Of course they did: Confirmation showing no return per policy was received, which isnt germane to the issue of me cancelling months prior. I cant get a response from them but theyre pretty quick to respond to the credit card company when theres an opportunity to keep funds stolen from their own clients. As this was a renewal going forward and not an invoice for previous services, just about any other merchant would have just reversed the charges on their own in good faith. And considering all the other negative reviews and complaints here, I dont think its by accident that they make the (what should be simple) processes of cancelling and contacting virtually impossible.

      I have not received a 1099 from Tunecore in over three years, despite having my mailing address up to date. Each of these years I have been forced to request a digital copy of my 1099, however this year I contacted Tunecore to request my 1099 and I was told that this year it may take up to 3 weeks to receive an electronic 1099 by email. It has now been more then 4 weeks and Tunecore has still not emailed me my 1099. I have follow up with Tunecore several times now and I have had communication with an employee that is trying to help me but even the employee can not explain or understand why Tunecore has still not provided me with my 1099.

      Made an account with their service a few days ago. their service was not as i expected so i sent requests to delete my account off their system.Their email contact service does not work, and any support is either bots directing me to their broken email, or their social media is a random person doing the same thing. need this done, i dont want my information on their servers anymore. violation of my privacy and rights that they still have it on there. they have records of my information. i hope they know who i am or else im gonna make them know very loud and clearly.

      I have a professional unlimited account and I submitted my release in Jan 23rd for a Feb 23rd release date. My release did not go live to all platforms and I have emailed numerous times with on a blanket form response. I have asked for a live person to contact me and given my number to NO AVAIL! As part of my membership I am due a one day business response and ZERO ha happened. Tunecore used to be reputable not the point where you had an actual HUMAN you can speak to. Now they just collect money from artist and have zero regard for customer service! I paid for a service and they consistently have issues. There are other distributors who value their artists and the business. As of this morning still NO RESPONSE and my release is still not live on all platforms that i PAID for! AND released early enough to not have ANY delay! And their so called paying more more for better service for a higher membership is fraud! They do not respond and when you do get a response its days and days later and takes days and days to get any resolve because its just an email chat!

      Hello. We appreciate the claims of never receiving a response from our Support team. I have attached 5 screenshots (I tried to add a 6th, but BBB only allows 5 attachments). These are 5 responses from human Specialists. Not only responses, but confirmation that your release(s) have been confirmed as delivered to all platforms in question. Our specialists have communicated directly with ******* no fewer than 6 times. The customer claimed zero, which is now proven as untruthful for this claim. We have advised the customer (from the human interactions) to let us know if the releases are still not showing up in the stores. The communication can be submitted through the Contact Us form in our ************ Direct emails sent in do not receive responses.
