On July 13 2024, I went to Kings Nissan for vehicle maintenance. My Customer Number: *****. Service Advisor: Atnan 1041, assisted me on July 13, 2024. Request: I requested that the batteries within 2 key fobs be changed. On the left side of the receipt, I have placed two (*) stars near Labor and Parts. First star, within Labor: I have starred (*) Replace Both Batteries. Second star, within Parts: I have starred (*) 2 CR2032 Battery-Key for a total of $20.68. Price for one battery $10.34. I contacted Kings Nissan ************ on August 5 2024. I spoke with an employee and informed the person that I received a low battery indicator from the key fobs. This person insisted the batteries were replaced and promptly became irate. I reiterated, the batteries could not have been changed! The car could not start and I was miles away from home!!!I would like new batteries for my key fobs as that's what I paid for. Thank you.

On 10/9/23 I took my car for repairs at Kings Nissan Service located at ************************************** Brooklyn, ** *****. My vehicle had water damage due to heavy rainfall, upon taking my car in I was told to deal the damage. I attached one of my receipts as proof. I was given an estimate of two weeks to fix my car. It would be a month next week, and every time I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle I heard a different excuse. On 10/23/23 I was told that once the transmission comes in they would replace it. Last Monday ****** from the company said that my car would be ready on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Today I called and ****** stated that he had no one to fix my car and said nothing more. It is very difficult for me to travel back and forth without my car. I would like some assistance in this matter.

Early this year I heard a noise in my car 2020 Nissan rogue. I took it took a local Mechanic, where he changed somethings around the tires. But the noise didn't go away. Then I took the car on 2/21/2022 to the local Nissan Dealer in ********* center, NY. They said it was coming either from Transfer case or transmission. Since the transmission was bought last year in November from Kings Nissan, it had a year of warranty, so I took the car on 4/29/2022 to Kings Nissan, so if there was any issue with Transmission, it would've covered because of the warranty. They took a more than a week to diagnose, and there was no communication with me. They said the transmission was not programmed correctly and the from speed sensor is broken, and they charged me $594. I mean if there was a problem with transmission programming, it would've given me an error on the dashboard, or the car wouldn't drive. Even fixing these things, the noise was still there. Then I asked them again regarding the noise, and they said the technician said it might be coming from tries area. Then I took the car on 5/14/2022 to another mechanic/technician, and he said the noise is either coming from transfer case or transmission. When I called Kings Nissan and told them what all the mechanics are saying, then they told me to bring back the car. I took the car back on 5/24 and they took 1-1/2 weeks to figure out, it was coming from the transfer case. Then I took the car back to have them change the transfer car, which it took them 3 weeks to do. And I paid ~$2400 for this. Then when I drove it, the noise was still there. I told them and said the technician is on Vacation, so bring back the car next week. I took the car back next week and fix the issue, and when I asked them why the noise was coming, they said even when they put the new transfer case, the new transfer case was bad. I live far from the location and I have to take train every time I had to get my car and sometimes it took me 3 hours to travel.

Dear reader, i am leasing a vehicle from Nissan. And I originally got it in Brooklyn at kings Nissan. Anyhow, on the 29 of this month I had an appointment to have my car serviced at the Nissan shop. Dropped it off at 10am, was told I could pick up the car that afternoon, and even the paper has stated that date and pick up was the same day by 6pm. So I get there the day of after work. And they simply tell me that they hadnt even took a look at it the whole day. The man assured me that it will be done the next day (which was yesterday). I get there once again after work, just to be told that theyre still working on it and they need 5 more minutes. While the lady next to me was 8 Spots after me (I had number 58 and she had 66). She gets her car quickly and without problems. The man tells me I am good to leave without paying, so I do just that. I start driving and my AC is still not working, so I go back and leave it for another day. This morning I receive a phone call from them telling me that the total expense is over $2000. As you can tell this is not a professional way a business should conduct dealing with their customers. I believe there was favoritism playing a role here. Put my car somewhere in the back and possibly forgot about it. The bottom line is that while Im paying for this car, I am not able to use it. And yesterday I was told that everything is covered and even let go for free until I realized that those problems that I brought the car in the first place werent fixed. I took it with corporate but they dont seem to be very helpful. Someone will contact me on July 7th, after the fact that I will be paying for the air conditioner to be fixed. Im kind of cornered, bait and switch if you will. I doubt that Nissan will reimburse me for anything after the fact that Ill pay for this service. I believe that these 3 days I had my car hostage plus the back and forth of me going out of my way to their shop. My whole 4th of July plans are in question.help

I went to Kings Nissan to buy my vehicle off lease. I paid cash (did not finance). Kings Nissan charged me an additional $1195 which they told me was for "processing fees" to process the change from a Lease to an Own. I come to find out later that Kings Nissan set me up with a Service Contract which I did not agree to as they offered me 3 tiers of service contracts and I declined all of them. I am now requesting proof that I signed a contract agreeing to this additional service and they are refusing to produce it. I have called the company handling the service contract to cancel it and they also asked for a copy of the signed contract which I do not have and was never provided to me as I never agreed to a service contract.

Additionally I cancelled the extended warranty that they signed me up for and the warranty company said they send the refund to Kings Nissan who is supposed to send the refund to me but I have yet to receive that from them as well.

    Sincerely,
