1 starI had a terrible experience with ****** - Store Manager in ******************* Rebag Store , buying my Chanel bag. I cant believe how rudely she spoke to me on the phone, she raised her voice at me and kept talking over me. She didn't even let me explain why I was calling the store.She was snappy and rude. She did not give me correct information about the companys return policy. Didn't provide any options for the situation I was in. I had to call customer service. When I went to the store to pick up my bag, no one made eye contact, ****** kept looking down, ********* snapped at me saying I am with another client!. When I wanted to talk to ******, she said she was with another client referring to the same client that ********* was talking. She was the only other client at the store. I felt ignored and discriminated against. ****** ignored me on purpose in person, via phone and didnt respond to my messages for an entire week.She refused to give me her manager's contact info or let me talk to him. She then asked security to ****** me out. The security even was not sure why I should be escorted and asked me to wait seated at their sofa.She is undermining Rebag's business and negatively affecting client ************* is her job to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that every shopper deserves. I feel she couldn't have made it any worse for me as to how I was treated by her at the store and on the phone. She completely lacks professionalism, has poor communication skills and negligent with luxury goods.The customer service is so poor at the store.I am so disappointed and never felt so anxious and stressed while buying a luxury item. I will be returning my bags as I have negative memories tied to them. Stay away from this company! They will make you regret that you chose them.Review fromFarah K

1 starThis company is the absolute worst. Do not sell here. I sold my bag with them, they sent an offer, I shipped it in and they rejected it. They are still holding on to my bag and wont respond or send it back. I have no idea how to get my money or my bag back. I am so upset and disappointed.REBAG

1 starI DO NOT recommend selling to Rebag. Unfortunately, *** sent 9 luxury bags to consign all at once after I carefully checked their commission charges whichs open to the public to see, thinking theyre better than their competitor ***********. I was wrong! They charged each of my items an extra 5 percent to add to their commission and when I asked why and how dishonest this is! I got the response that they basically can increase commission as they like. What a dishonest company! I trusted them with my items! When I asked to have my items returned since they increased the commission rate without my consent or my knowledge. I was told a fee on each item. Well, the fee is $100 to return for each item! Unbelievable! I recommend taking your business elsewhere and sell your bag at Fashionphile instead Yoogi closet or TRR.REBAG

We are sorry that a good amount of your items did not meet our minimum standards. Unfortunately we cannot purchase them or offer them for sale. As for the consignment items that did pass the inspection, the commission structure is clearly defined here: *****************************************. That includes the early delisting fees which you agreed to in the consignment agreement. Unfortunately, we have to collect this fee as we did complete all the inspection, processing and listing process.

1 starDO NOT DO NOT BUY OR SELL ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. I MAILED THEM A ****** BAG THAT i PURCHASED FOR 20K AND THEY MAILED IT BACK TO ME AFTER 1 MONTH WITH DAMAGE ON IT. THEY DIDNT EVEN PACK IT WITH FOAM OR ANY PROTECTION THEY DIDNT EVEN ADD MY DUST BAG THEY ARE THE WORST DO NOT EVER USE REBAG ************ ***** ****** ALL OF THEM ARE WAY BETTER THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A SCAM, THEY WILL LURE YOU WITH A HIGH BUYQUOTE KEEP YOUR ITEM THAN RETURN IT WITH DAMAGE.i WISH I COULD UPLOAD MY PHOTOS HERE BUT I CAN'T IM SO LIVID I EMAILED THE CEO *******REBAG

1 starPlease do not ever use Rebag. The customer service is very poor. They accept calls for only 4 hours a day 11- am to 4 pm. Only. Email will take weeks to get a reply if your Lucky. They Ill give you an initial payout thats very high, then the get the bag and revise it to a lower on. You will accept it. But then they will lower it multiple times without your consent or acceptance of a much lower payout. If you dont agree your only option is to pay them 3% of the selling price to delist. Then $50 to ship it back. Overall beyond poor company. Everything is very slow. I almost sent them two lv bags at once. Im glad I didnt they will rob you. Stay away!!! They have had my bag for over three months. Its been on pending sale for weeks. It says once final it will take 15 days to payout. I feel like this placed should be closed down I havent read one good thing about them.Review fromJo F

1 starThe company is a scam. Sent a bracelet and from their quote $4000+. The item was sent 7 days ago and the called today to say it was ship but the package was empty. Trying to put the blame on ****. I put the blame on the you received it 7 days ago and your just opening the package. Why wasnt it opened that day and placed in a secure area. I call it bull. I read other comments on this company and I agree they should be investigated and shut down. If I can give them no stars I would.Review fromKim H

1 star**My purchases were $2372.65 ** I have NOT received ANY of the items purchased as of today. I would like my items purchased with expedited shipping as this has been 28 days. Rebag withdrew the $2372.65 from my account immediately. 1. I purchased my items on 10/07/2024 2. My order had an item I was selling. The *** confirmation reflected that it was received on 10/09/2024. I have tracking to support this. 3. I requested to speak with a supervisor on 10/7, 10/14, 10/18 and no response back. 4. I have called three times today 10/28 at the 11 minute marker EACH call has been disconnected by Rebag. I have screenshots to support this. Again, my purchases totaled $2372.65 As a consumer I find this unacceptable and these are disappointing business practices. Please advise as immediately as to when my items that totaled $2372.65 will be shippedREBAG

This trade adjustment was due to the actual condition of the item being different to what was originally stated in the quote. 1 star****Do Not try to sell your bag to this scam of a company!!! I would give negative stars if possible!! I sent in my bag after using their Clair *** After submitting ***** pictures they accepted my bag and I mailed it in. This was on 9/4/24. It is now 10/23/24, and I've heard nothing. I've waited on hold after calling their customer service number for over 15 minutes, and it never connected to anyone, just cuts me off and hangs up. I've tried texting the "stylist" number on their website and no response. I've tried emailing, no response. They offered $1800 for my bag, but I've not received any money via any method they offer. I am at a loss on how to get my money or my bag back.REBAG

1 starThey trashed my bag.I made a trade last august 29 as their Labor day sale was up. I traded 3 bags and 2 straps for a 2 LV bags. They got my trades a week after, they usually sends an update a day or two max after they received my trades. But this time, it took them 2 weeks to make an update that they received my bags. Now the nightmare starts.After waiting 2weeks for an update which was just a received email(but I constantly communicated with an agent with them as I was getting anxious, who wouldnt right?), it took them another week to evaluate my bags and all bags were accepted, mind you, I paid for an expedited shipping which before only take 1week max from the day they received my bags to vetting to ************, 3weeks in, I tried to contact them again, and I think due to my constant request to expedite the process, they now changed one price of my bag and rejected one bag that I just bought from them few months ago. What really ****** me was for a week the status of my trades was ACCEPTED but then when I tried to push them to make it expedited is when they rejected suddenly one bag and added an additional $1000 on my trade on top of my 2 bags and 2 straps.I requested to cancel my trades, they comply but then, last week (October 17th) I received the last batch of bag and straps and to my surprise, THEY CUT THE DATECODE OF MY BAG!!!I reached out to their customer service, she tried to tell me that they never alter any bags on their possession but luckily I have a clear photo of the bags datecode. Now, the lady just told me that their office is out now and just contact them on their regular hours.I read horrors about rebags leaving deep scratches on bags after a cancelled transactions. But WHY?? Cutting the datecode, for what? To lower the value of my bag in the future?REBAG

1. For the LV bag missing the code: we reviewed security footage and the bag arrived with the code already detached and in a plastic bag. Unfortunately we are not able to accept this item for sale. It's was returned to you right away.
2. For the LV bag we rejected: the item arrived without both straps (as originally sold). Unfortunately we are not able to offer this item incomplete so we are returning it to you.
