    I order 2 **** jogging suit returned them back have a received the refund its been two weeks. I try emailing them nothing keep calling now theyre saying its not a working number. Receive item1/10/25 return 1/12/25 no refund of ****** been 2weeks

    I purchased outfit but it was to small so I paid to send it back and they received the item back and they still don't want to give me my money back they are very rude when u call them they don't respond back to emails

    I purchased two clothing items from BillsOutlet. Upon receiving the items I immediately saw they were not as advertised online. The items also did not fit. I emailed BillsOutlet to which a representative replied stating I could return for a full refund. The items where returned, but I never received my refund. I received the items on 4/16/24. The date of return was 4/26/24. I have had no luck resolving this via email, or phone messages with the company. I am requesting a full refund of ******.

    7/1/2024 We order 2 tracksuit from this company and they sent the incorrect sizes and product . We now know this was done on purpose because the item are not what we ordered and they did not have in stock the items we immediately called them and told them and sent the items back with in days of receiving the items .The items have been returned by us and we had to pay the shipping cost as well . So they now have the items that we returned as well as our ****** dollar. They have not returned our money and they have the items They are a scam and a rip off

    I ordered a **** tech two piece jogging suit from Bill Outlet. Upon receipt of the item it was damaged in route, torn through both the package and sweater. I wrote the vendor Bills to inform them that I received the package damaged and wanted a shipping label emailed to me. **** won't provide a shipping label and refuses to return the item. They want to only process it as exchange. The outfit also is a counterfeit item. Order *****

    1/17/2023 I ordered what was advertised as Prada Candy perfume. When I received the product it was not Prada Candy perfume but a subpar knock off with a sticker attached to the bottle claiming to be the original. I asked for my money back and sent product back for a refund. I have not received a refund and the product was delivered to them.

    I purchased from Bills Outlet. I received what I did not order and the size was ridiculously big for my grandson. I shipped it back for a refund. It has been over two months and I have not received my refund nor a response from that company. I have proof that they received the merchandise. There is no way that I can contact them by phone. They only name that pops up is **************** which I am sure it is a bogus name. They need to refund me $141.03 and that does not include shipping round trip

    I bought perfume for my wife from Bills Outlet online. The website description doesn't say anything about being a knock off, but when my wife got it you could tell it was different than the one she had. Smelled different, labels were falling off etc. I connected them for a return and had to pay for shipping. The perfume was $95 and change and then another ***** to ship back. After a long back and forth I got the specific form they wanted to send it with and paid to ship it back with tracking. I asked for an update and they said they didn't have it. I sent the email confirmation and they said "ok I'll refund in 3 days" that's been weeks ago and then they quit replying to emails. Online it says you can return and I paid to ship it back. I'll add the emails in the next section. Thank you.
