    Terrible customer service, no respect for longtime customers. Been a customer since 2020 probably spent over $1000 dollars. They accused me of botting on a very limited release, even though through their own checkout you can save all your payment information and checkout within a few seconds. Its literally maybe 3 clicks in total to complete a purchase. I pleaded with them that I wasn't botting at all, but they downplayed everything I had to say and were incredibly condescending. Even calling me out as a fake fan when I was calling the artists by the name fans use... They did give me one chance to prove I wasn't botting, by showing a picture of a recent purchase with my name. However I did not have it on hand, and offered to do the same with another purchase I made. But that wasn't enough I guess...Shame because they make great products, but take a look at their reviews and seems many people have had similar bad experiences with their customer service. Wouldn't do business with these folks, its the owners who are the ones butting head with everyone it seems. Had to chargeback the order because after a few days the charge didnt go away.Expect a snarky remark below

    To who it may concern,Today, at 10:25 am, after we sent out our daily newsletter, *** replied "stop f**king emailing me" to an automated email then proceeded to call us "condensing pricks" and then for the next few emails continued to harass the staff here. Apparently, he is still upset that he never wins any lottos here for limited edition art and is taking it out on the staff. Thanks,BNG

    I'm just here like the others to say how TERRIBLE the customer service is. Instead of the owner trying to help, he takes vailed shots at his customers who are trying to find ways to spend money at his gallery. Stay away, and make sure you know what you're talking about on email, otherwise the owner (****************) will tare you apart on email in front of his employees. Great boss, I'm sure.

    Frustrating checkout experience and poor customer service I was recently trying to purchase an item from Bottleneck Gallery. Unfortunately, the item sold out while I was going through checkout. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I saw the same item being resold on **** at a much higher price shortly afterwards.I tried to contact Bottleneck Gallery's customer service to express my concerns. Unfortunately, there was no way to speak to a live person, and the only response I received via email was a generic apology.Overall, this experience was very disappointing.Unprofessional ************************* Account I recently attempted to purchase a limited-edition item from Bottleneck Gallery. Unfortunately, the item sold out during checkout, which was frustrating. While there's always room for improvement in online checkout systems, my biggest disappointment was with Bottleneck Gallery's customer service.Despite politely requesting to speak with a supervisor on four separate occasions to discuss this issue, my request was denied. Instead, my account was inexplicably banned. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address my concerns left me feeling unheard and frustrated."Unprofessional ************************* Account" & Now Threats."Since posting my initial review, a representative named *** has contacted me and made threatening statements. (Hi, Also if this is a threat, we will escalate it to our local *precinct*). This behavior is unacceptable. Threatening customers is a serious offense. This further reinforces my concerns about Bottleneck Gallery's lack of professionalism and customer care.

    To Whom It May ********* apologize in advance that you have to read the below complaint. We were very confused by the interaction as well.As ********* is aware (he has purchased many times in the past), we sell limited edition items and most of the time they sell out really fast. After the sale, he emailed us and we did mention the above to him again politely (as he did say above) and then he just went off on us, ending with the words "I will take this to another level" and in today's current climate, we were kind of nervous. Felt scared for our staff. These days you never know what these words can mean and the next step to protect our staff would be to contact his local precinct and make this didn't escalate even more. Again, thank you for reviewing the below. We still continue to strive for our A rating with the BBB.BNG

    Im very disappointed with this company, no customer service whatsoever. I had to deal with ***************************** and he was very unprofessional and not polite at all. I lost my chance at some items because he canceled them without my consent when I simply asked a question. Never did I mention to cancel my order, it was a simple yes or no answer and what were the steps. He went ahead and took it upon himself without giving me a heads up.

    I had an awful customer service experience with this company and have never, as a customer, felt more disrespected or have had an owner of the company be so combative in my life. This company should not be open for business with all the stories of terrible customer service.An order had gone through in error and I very quickly emailed BNG to advise this order should not have gone through and was looking to cancel my order (12 minutes after I got confirmation email to be exact). Their only reply was all saws are final to which I let them know I would be contacting my credit card company and was immediately threatened by them accusing me of fraud and referring to their legal department. Absolutely no need to take it to that extreme after having a simple request to get my money back and keep your product. Not sure how asking to cancel an order, being denied and then speaking to my credit card company is fraud?The owner, ***********************, continued to be extremely condescending and speaking in a taunting way towards me which is beyond unprofessional. The threats continued with getting their report together for their legal department and again threatening me to say *** takes fraud seriously. This all could have been so easily avoided if they would have just canceled my order but even after knowing the issue they immediately processed the order to go out after seeing my email to try and make it more difficult. The owner responded to another review on this site mentioning how people are going through tough times right now which I find laughable because they clearly didnt care in my situation, knew the order went through in error and were of absolutely no positive assistance to rectify the issue.Again, Im simply looking to get a refund and the business can keep their item, there is absolutely no attempt on my part to get a personal or financial gain out of this through deception which is what BNG has accused me of.

    My wife and I have bought from them many times and we love it! They have some of the best artists and their prints are marvelous. The time to ship the products does take a bit so if you are expecting it to come quickly don't, but that's the nature of the art/printing business. Overall, we will continue to use BNG and be rewarded with some of the best prints in the industry.

    Was a customer for a few years, had 5 orders through them no issue, great service. 3 years ago My 6th order I requested to be canceled. I had the item in my cart minimized all ready to purchase as I was debating then my son was playing on my laptop and hit submit. I was first asked my *** if all my previous orders were mistaken I said no just the recent one. Odd question but ok. Then was told via email that they would process the request, but would be putting me on a list going forward because it did not make sense my son could do that. *** was rude and claimed he didnt understand how my son could do that. I told them they lost a valued customer, and had a snotty attitude towards me Cut to 3 years later I thought Id give them another chance and placed an order. Moments later canceled. I emailed asking why it was canceled and was told it was suspect of being fraudulent Ill share the email exchange here. All I wanted was to order a print from them l, and Im now seeing countless reviews of banning people. Now all I want is an apology for how I was spoken to. If you are an artist do not showcase through them, they treat their customers with no respect, they are condescending and seem to forget who the customer is.

    To Whom It May ************** I get into ***** complaint, I do one want to bring up this line he made:"Im now seeing countless reviews of banning people."We have been open for close to 10 years with close to a million orders. There are maybe 4-5 complaints on here in that timespan. All with their own stories. To use the word "countless" I think is extreme.In regards to the complaint, due to the nature of the business we are in, we have a strict all sales final policy. 3 years ago *** requested to cancel his order. He mentioned that his 3 or 4 year old child checked out due to our site being favorited on his homepage. If he hasn't provided that email, we can. We still have that on record. The issue with that complaint is that we do not store cc info on our site so in order for someone to make a purchase, they have to go through a 4 step checkout process which includes entering a credit card. I mean unless his 3 or 4 year old makes purchases on the regular, it's pretty much impossible for that to happen.Either way, we refunded it and were very polite when questioning. We do have a system in place to protect not only us from refunds/chargebacks but also the people like *****, who have their children making random purchases. Also, ultimately protects the credit card company.Thanks for taking a look at this case. If you need any extra info, we have all the emails. Have a great day!
