      Scam. They do not send you the same doll that is pictured, and then they refuse to refund you. I was offered a 10% refund on a doll that cost $100 and is held together by ties and looks nothing like the picture on my order confirmation.

      Our daughter spent months searching for a baby doll as her special birthday gift. She chose a set of twin dolls from reborn, and she has been so excited for their arrival. They came today, and the dolls look absolutely nothing like the photo. The dolls she chose have straight black hair, and the ones that came have light brown curly hair. The facial features and expressions of the dolls that came also look nothing like the dolls that she selected online. They also are not wearing the outfits that were featured online, which was part of the reason our daughter chose them. We reached out to Reborn, and the representative proceeded to gaslight us, telling us that the dolls that arrived look the same as the ones online. Its flabbergasting - no one could ever objectively say that these dolls look anything like the ones that our daughter selected online. She is heartbroken, as this was her one birthday gift, and she has been waiting so long for them. We spent a small fortune on these dolls, and I am so upset that Reborn would misrepresent its products in this way. We will never buy from this company again.

      I ordered a doll and it was not the same as the one purchased. I wish I could add pics. Horrible site never order from them

      I ordered a black haired doll with black eyes because it looked like my granddaughter. They sent me a completely different doll than I ordered. They sent a brown hair, brown eyed doll. When I emailed them they said the dolls varied. My question is then why do you offer 40 different types of dolls if you just send what you have on hand. The doll was $89 and I bought extra clothes. The offered me 10% refund for the doll only so $9 refund. Very disappointing

      I purchased a reborn talk and heartbeat doll. I was so excited when I received her. I enjoyed the doll i received and the heartbeat and talking part, made her so exciting to have. I so enjoyed having her talk to me and her heartbeat was perfect.About two months later when i tried to change her batteries the wire leading to the voice box broke because it was so thin so the voice box could not work.I contacted them by email and was told that a thirty dollar charge was being accessed and i would have to pay that amount.I was not able to send the money because i could not get into the link. I have not gotten the voice box so my doll did not talk or have the heartbeat. I simply want the voice box replaced. the doll is fine but without the voice is like a regular doll

      0 stars from me I just received my reborn baby doll today and it was not the same one I ordered after emailing the company for a refund they only offered me 10% of my refund. Of course I declined. After doing some research I found the doll they sent me being sold on Amazon for cheaper. Still I didnt order what they sent me and I want my money refunded also, I will never shop with this company again.

      1 star is way to much. I ordered my self a birthday present. The doll is a factory doll. These are not reborn dolls. Doll is nothing like their pictures. They have stolen the pictures from another website. It is a fact after doing research they are scammers and will send a factory doll, which mine is a factory doll. Their reviews on the website are fact. I went to review what I purchased and my review never was posted go figure, they dont want bad reviews. The reviews are probably stolen just like the pictures. I emailed them, and they keep saying its a reborn doll. NO it is not a reborn doll, it is a fake plastic doll, that was made in a factory, this is no way, shape or form, this doll is a reborn doll. The first email was 10% refund, NO i dont think so,. The second email I just got said the same thing as the first email, but with 20% refund, No I want a full refund. You did not send me what I was suppost to get, you ruined my birthday present, I have posted videos of this on social media and I am going to the local news and tv stations, which looks like someone already has gone to a news station regarding their scam dolls.
