    *********** does not take there customers serious!!. I pre-order bred 11 on dec 3rd they release on dec 14th they are horrible communicating, and also there shipping policy is wrong and lies. They told me they would ship my sneakers EXPRESS last week and now my sneakers wont arrive till next week..literally 1 month and days after. This company needs to have a class action so they can stop lying to customer all around or shut them.down WHY DO PREORDER TO RECEIVE IT 1 MONTH AFTER ..PRE ORDER SHOULD NOT BE THAT WAY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

    This company is a pure fraud!! I really wish I would've read the reviews prior to purchasing. I was sold a pair of counterfeit Varsity Red ****** 11s. I contacted the website reporting the shoes were counterfeit. I was sent an email stating the shoes were 100% authentic and I can take them to a consignment shop for verification. My cousin happens to own a luxury items boutique. He verified the shoes were fake. They refuse to take them back although I have never worn them or even tried them on. They refuse to answer any follow up emails. This company is a total sham buying counterfeit products from overseas and have the nerve to inflate the price on counterfeit products. I just want my money back but they have made it plain and clear they're not willing to give you your money back. They are SCAMMERS!!! AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    They sold me counterfeit shoes, I contacted them and told them about the shoes they sent. They responded that the shoes were 100% authentic, also said I can take them to another store or legit checker and I would get the same results. Little did the seller know is that I own a pair already. The material on the shoe is different. The suede is clearly a different material than my retail pair, color and all. The pair they sent me was flimsy, my retail pair is sturdy. The box was even slightly different. My order number is #*****. I have all the proof that they are selling counterfeit products. Also have proof that the product I'm speaking of is their product, cause I never removed their tag that is securely fastened by them. Only way to remove the tag is to break it. They are denying me a refund and won't respond to anymore of my E-MAILS. Give me my refund.

    SoleSeriouss has sent us Air ****** sneakers. We have never ordered from them, and don't even know this company excist. We try to contact them to get a shipping label to return the shoes. We have not received a response since we contacted them over a week agom

    I bought bel air jordan * shoes from them for $280. I went to sell them on ******* and they declined them saying they were replicas !!!! I tried to reach out to sole serious and they just IGNORE and block me lol

    Ordered shoes bck in March here it is *** still havent received them I ordered them because they were saying in stock but they was not not to mention they dont do refunds so I asked is there byway I get compensated they response was they attached a 15$ discount but it want be used because I will not order from them again worst customer service ever.
