    I placed an online order with The Pink Vault on November 27, 2023 in the amount of $60.60. I never received my order. I have sent 5 emails to them asking for my products with no response.

    Purchased two rings for $106.20, but one did not fit. I contacted seller on several occasions (April 5,2023 | April 12,2023 | April 22,2023 | May 3, 2023), and received no response. April 6, 2023 my finger was swollen and purple and blue. I asked seller for their exchange and refund policy but never got a response.

    I sent the screenshots of my email of confirmation of my purchase. I have my order number also and the email still on file. I ordered a set of earrings and payed a total of $71.00 on May 22, 2023. I never received a second email which was supposed to be sent whenever my item was shipped. W I haven't received my item. Cannot get a response. I have emailed and sent multiple messages.This business is simply STEALING from people.

    Ordered a watch on 5/24. Tracking says label created. Contacted their customer service 5-6 times on their site, by email, and on Instagram. Not one response. I have no filed a disupute with my CC company.

    I placed an order on March 11, 2023 I received the wrong order. I then sent about 3 emails I never got a reply but I did get a return label. I returned the wrong order I received i since have sent about 4 more emails. I have not received the 3 rings that I ordered or have not received a refund not even a reply message. I was really excited about this and after all this Im just so disappointed!
