  This company is a complete scam. Do NOT waste your money. I had the emergency fund for 3 years and didnt need to make a claim until this month. My dog had an unplanned non optional surgery due to an accident. I followed all directions for submitting the claim. They immediately denied me stating it wasnt an emergency. Their customer service is impossible to reach to discuss.

  Do not trust this company. Its a scam. They started out right but grew and got greedy. Poor customer service and poor policies. You are just throwing money away if you invest in a menbership and especially the emergency fund. Buyer beware!

  I paid for this insurance for two years. The one time I had to take my cat to the emergency vet my claim was denied. Said it wasnt seen as an emergency. Which is crazy because my paperwork submitted was from an emergency clinic. And Im pretty positive nobody in their right mind would pay a thousand dollars if they didnt think their pet was in need of emergency services. Absolute scam.

  I would give 0 stars if possible. Just like many others my dog had extreme ****** diarrhea, lethargic and vomiting. I immediately took her to the emergency vet. I had previously reached out to them for a minor issue which took ***** minutes between replies from the vet tech. Not a vet! A tech,!! My dog was bleeding I was not waiting. I wrapped her up and went straight to vet. I submitted everything required and the denied the claim saying my dog bleeding from her **** and vomiting was not an emergency. My dog is 27 years old I appealed twice until I received this response "We are no longer able to discuss this case further, as there is no additional information to share.". This company is a SCAM!!!! Stay far away. I will be reporting them to whatever agency licences them so maybe they will be put out of business before they put anyone else through this. This scam was promoted through ******** and I notified them also. I have disputed all charges I paid for absolutely nothing. They do not even have a phone number to call. The number on the credit card statement is a message that says chat with them on app then hangs up. There is no way this is a legit business or they would have a phone you can get a person. I wish I read all these complaints before signing up. I'm cancelled now but I want my money back! You did absolutely nothing for my dog when she was having an emergency. I'm pretty sure if my dog was it by a car you would deny the claim and say it wasn't an emergency because I didn't was valuable time chatting with a vet tech.

  This is a scam. Dont use this service. They offer online vet help, but you cant actually get any help on those because all theyll say is you need to talk to your physical vet.Then my cat had an emergency room visit after a bad reaction to her surgery. She was foaming at the mouth, wouldnt eat or drink and couldnt move. I called the ** and they said yes thats an emergency, bring her in. Thankfully my cat is now alive and well. But if it hadnt been for that visit, she wouldnt have made it. I submitted this to Pawp. After multiple resubmissions which they purposefully made difficult, they finally reviewed my case, but denied it saying her visit wasnt an emergency. Then I requested more information and they said her visit wasnt life threatening. This service is pointless. Its meant for emergencies and then they wont cover an actual emergency. This is a scam.

  I had gotten a free membership with ******** Tuesday. It was supposed to be a one dollar refunded deposit. They charged me the whole $99. I need a check to clear in my account that won't because of this. I contacted support and they were rude to me, closed my account and gave me a 10 day refund. The check is supposed to clear tomorrow or today. This isn't a charge I was expecting. I don't have extra money for this. Other businesses give it back right away. How come they say I still have service til October **** when the account is closed?

  This is a HORRIBLE scam!!! After paying for this service for an entire year without needing to use it, one of our cats got a UTI. He was constantly trying and failing to use the litter box for about 30 minutes before we had the chat with their vet and that vet recommended that we have him seen by the emergency clinic, so we did. They treated him with antibiotics and a pain med, and the visit cost us about $850 total. I followed all their steps and rules to submit the request for reimbursement, but it was denied saying that my cat's condition wasn't an emergency. The seriously expected me to sit around and watch my beloved cat struggle for hours to use the restroom until he got fully blocked and it would be deemed an emergency. They want you to let your pet almost die before they'll do anything, even if their own vets recommend treatment. I am absolutely disgusted that I gave so much money to this service over the course of the year, before I knew what an awful company it is. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET and will absolutely do everything in their power to avoid helping. My cat would have died if I had done what they wanted me to do.

  Essentially the same thing as everyone else said. They give you no reminders or notice about the subscription renewal. They charge you $99 and even if you contact them right away, do not offer any refunds. This is a plain and simple modern day scam.

  Horrible company. Said they sent me an email notifying me that my free one year trial was ended and that Id be charged $99 for another year of membership. No email and no phone number to call. Just a chat service that takes them at least a half an hour to respond to you. Im disputing the charge and I hope Im able to get my money back. Do not do business with them!!!

  I had to euthanize one of my dogs and was only reimbursed half of the total invoices I paid. They requested all of the medical records only to deny it and indicated that euthanization was additional follow up care that was not approved. I then attempted to cancel my membership. They stated they would cancel and are still trying to charge my card. You will never be able to speak to an actual person. 100% Scam.
