  We arrived in *** and requested the service of Destination Real Estate. We wanted a small studio space. ******** showed us a nice one and then decided to show us an actual apartment, and was love at first sight. Dont worry. Ill make it happen, he said, and he made it happen. We got a great apartment at great value on my birthday! Its a beautiful place, with natural light in a nice neighborhood. Just perfect!

  Were a couple new in ***. After looking at some god-awful studios, we werent expecting such a great surprise from Destination. ******** was amazing. This guy cares. We first looked at a very nice studio but he then said, I got something better. He then showed us a small apartment that was more suited to our needs and we loved it. The fact that he could match a space he saw us in, a top notch apt in a nice neighborhood at a great price, right then and there, is invaluable. Trust me, if youre moving to ***, this is the kind of welcome you want.

  I just had the pleasure of working with Destination Real Estate to find an apartment in ********, and I'm really happy with the results. Their personnel proved to be both kind and competent right away. My realtor was outstanding; he understood the neighborhood's real estate market, was considerate of my needs, and was always accessible to answer my questions.The sincerity and attention to detail in their listings, particularly the video walkthroughs that showcased some of the greatest videography I've seen from a real estate broker's firm to date, really caught my attention.After making my final apartment decision, I discovered that it was precisely what they had said on their websitean uncommon occurrence if you've ever looked for an apartment in **************** was nice that they confirmed with me multiple times for the initial viewing, which was refreshing because most of the brokers I had arranged viewings with had not even shown up.. Working with a company that was friendly and on time was excellent.Their efficient and transparent communication made everything run smoothly, from the viewing to the signing of the lease.The client service was also really good. In addition to being friendly, the personnel actually cared about assisting me in finding the ideal location. They gave me a personalized experience that took my preferences and spending capacity into account.P.S. Tell them if you were looking for "no fee" rentals at first, like I did. They appear skilled at maximizing opportunities while staying within a budget, even when it includes fees. Even though they charge a broker fee for the majority of their listings, I felt that their offerings were more distinctive or more reasonably priced than those of other brokers, who don't put as much time or effort into having their listings accurately represent reality.

  Scam artists. They will ask for a "good faith" deposit and do everything they can to keep that and get more money off you. Very very bad people. Stay far away!

  After taking our application for an apartment, *** went completely dark for weeks while they bid for other applications without telling us. Because of their total lack of transparency and ignoring our calls, we missed out on the original apartment and others that we turned down because we were told we had a good chance at this one. We have not had a similar experience anywhere else in ********.
