    I am a platinum member with a family of 4. We came on Monday, March 11th. Platinum members are supposed to get 10% off at Cafe. So we bought a pizza which is also discounted for platinum members. We didn't get the 10%. They should have automatically discounted cause they gave us the discounted pizza. We made another purchase on the same day and still didn't get it. Today, March 23rd. We asked to get it and they said no. I went to management, they said next time. This adds up as we are committed for the year membership. Also, it's supposed to be included. This is false advertisement.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Urban Air Adventure Park regarding complaint ID ********.

    Neither corporate or the local business has contacted me about the situation. It's false advertisement. 10% off that i don't get every visit adds up. I am paying for the membership. I should not be liable for the whole year membership as they state. I should be able to cancel my membership.

    I have attempted to cancel my membership over the phone, through the website and in person. I have been unsuccessful in all attempts. I will need to cancel my memberships - but cannot seem to get help on how to do that. The reason why I need to cancel it, it's because 1) Safety issues, -- This place is OVERCROWDED and super UNORGANIZED, especially on the weekend. Definitely more than max ********* 982 people permitted by DOB. The place was so crowded it was borderline unsafe for kids and they still had a huge line of people buying admission.2) Too many people taking marijuana outside of the door. Some people even smoke marijuana indoor. You can smell it everywhere. I don't feel safe for my sons playing at this location ********************************.

     They could not allow me to cancel this membership since they have unfair membership agreement. They could not even provide their customer service commitment. If you check ****** view, too many people complaint about their management and safety issues.
