We ordered a product that they said was in stock (it wasnt) . They Responded after three weeks that it wasnt available but we could order another item, we requested a refund. They have not acknowledged or refunded us at this point. We are concerned based on the reviews online that this is a scam website and want to get our money back ASAP. We dont want to pick another selection, we just want our money back. Please help.Customer response

I purchased a pair of glasses under order number ********. It took forever for the eyeglasses to come. When they came there was a significant scratch and defect in the eyeglass frame. I contacted them several times to no avail. They finally responded when I filed a BBBComplaint. They finally provided me with a return label. The glasses were returned. On 8/3/21 I received an email from them acknowledging they received my glasses back. I was told they would put the lenses in a new frame and ship them back to me. To date I have not received the glasses. At this point I am requesting a refund. I feel I have been more than patient waiting for them to respond and do the right thing.Business response

We are very sorry for the delay you are experiencing with receiving your glasses.
We are waiting to get the frame from the manufacturer.
As soon as your lenses will be inserted in the new frame we will have it shipped next day air for free of charge.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I still have no glasses. They have been horrible to work with. I ordered these back on June 5th. It has been over two months and they expect me to continue to wait. This is ridiculous. This was their mistake the frame was o virus,y damaged when putting the lenses in the frame. They need to do the right thing and refund my money immediately. There is no guarantee they will get the frame from the manufacturer. Do the right thing please and refund my money!In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

As per the email correspondence on October 28th and 29th the customer has confirmed that she has received the full refund back to PayPal express checkout.
