      I shipped a pair of Porshe sunglasses on October 18, 2023 (using the shipping label provided by the company) to be repaired, but the company informed me they never received them. I have provided documentation that the sunglasses were sent and delivered to the company.

      I sent 2 pair of glasses to the eyeglass depot ~ 3/25/23 to have scratches removed. Within about a week I received a text message saying they had to close. I need my glasses back.

      I searched the internet for a company that could repair my vintage Porsche Folding Sunglasses. The glasses need a nose pad replaced. I was sent via email a pre paid **** shipping label which I used and sent my glasses with complete in to the company Eyeglass Depot in ************* street,I have called many many times and left detailed messages and sent emails back to the email address I received the prepaid shipping label from but to no avail, The glasses are worth somewhere between $250-$400,I havent received any emails or calls from ************ I believe I have been taken. Please help me.

      I sent in a pair of Prada sunglasses to have the lenses replaced. I paid for the repair and shipping. I sent over thirty inquiries asking them for my glasses and they asked me to pay shipping again. Now theyre not responding and I do not have my glasses. Its been 8 months. Its order number ******.

      I sent a broken frame and a new frame to Eyeglasses Depot that per the tracking information from the *********** they received on 10/1/2022 that had a label sent to me by the company. I was requesting that the broken frame be evaluated to see if it could be fixed and the new frame to have new Rx lenses put in. I have tried to call many times (had to leave messages each time as no one answered) and e-mailed many times with no response from the company. I had put in the order for the Rx lenses before I sent the frames. The emails have been acknowledge a few times with auto responses saying they will call me within 48 hours but never got a call. The last few times I tried contacting them I was just requesting them to send back my new frame. I even offered to pay any postage in my emails and messages. The frame is a discontinued one that I can not replace. The phone number that they list is ************** and the email is *************************. They also have a email form on their website that I have used to try to contact them. I have not gotten any response at all from them.

      I sent in a pair of Maui *** sunglasses for lens replacement to eye glasses depot thinking they were an authorized Maui *** repair facility (they are not). Not only did they charge me for inferior lenses and the coating wore off within one year of repair, they also fraudulently replace my authentic Maui *** frames with a knock off pair of frames without my permission. I was only made aware of this switch when I sent the glasses in for repair to Maui *** and they told me they were not their frames and could not effectuate repair.

      On 9/13/22, I placed an order on Opticsfast.com for RX lenses for frames I already own. They were supposed to send me a prepaid label to send in the frames. I received a confirmation email for the order but no prepaid label. So I contacted them through phone, text and email and 2 hours later, I got an email from EyeglassesDepot.com asking if I was going to send in my frames to which I responded yes but I had some concerns since this was a different web address than Opticsfast.com. It is now 6 hrs later and I have heard NOTHING from them. In the meantime, I sent an email stating I wanted to CANCEL the order. Still NO response. There is absolutely NO way to talk to anyone on the phone so I want NOTHING to do with these companies (Fastoptics.com OR EyeglassesDepot.com).

      I placed an order w/ EyeGlassDepot on 02/25/22, sent them my Maui *** sunglasses, along w/ a $425 payment hoping to have prescription lenses added. As of todays date, I have not received my glasses or a refund and have made multiple attempts to contact the business to no avail.       Eyeglasses Depot received my glasses on June 4, 2022. I still haven't received an invoice for repair even though their website specifies 2-3 business days after receipt an invoice will be sent. I tried calling. No one picks up the phone. I've emailed and only received a response on June 8 saying they'd invoice me by the end of the week. That time has passed. I just want my glasses back at this point.

      Around 30 Dec 2021 I mailed 3 pairs of MAUI *** sunglasses to eyeglassesdepot for repair. Around 6 Jan 22 I received repair estimate of $120.00 for 2 pairs and $80.00 for 1 pair. I informed them that it was too expensive and I would like to have my sunglasses returned. Around 30 Jan 22 eyeglasses depot asked $13.00 for shipping and handling for return of sunglasses. On 31 Jan 22, $13.00 was charged on my credit card for return of sunglasses. Sunglasses was never returned to me tracking number was provided to me but according to tracking number the package never left the warehouse. I called them and emailed them many times and their excuses were when mailman picked up the the package they forgot to scan the package and they will investigate. several attempt to contact them was unsuccessful. When I was able to call them their excuse again was covid19 and shortage of hands and asked for some time. After couple of months and many more calls and email, on Apr 22 Eyeglassesdepot asked for model numbers and colors of lenses of sunglasses I mailed them for repair. I informed them I do not have exact model numbers and lens colors as close as I can. They are now not responding to my call or email.
