      I sent 4 pair of sunglasses in for repair. I agreed to get one pair fixed and the rest sent back un repaired. They kept the sunglasses and the money telling me they got raided by the police and my glasses were taken. They took my glasses and my money and now are not wanting to return any messages.

      I sent a pair of Maui *** Sunglasses in early February 2022 to the EyeGlass Depot to have a broken temple repaired. They acknowledged receipt of the item on Feb 16, 2022 and responded via email: "Your Order will be going to the lab today. Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete the job.Please Note : If you simply paid to have your item returned, it will bypass the lab and go right to shipping." After as many as 10 phone calls and emails I do not have my glasses. I've asked them to return them un-repaired at my expense but they refuse. On the last phone call 10 days ago they told me they were lost and would send another pair. I have heard nothing. Owing to their stalling tactics I suspect this is nothing nut and eyeglass chop shop where they are selling used glasses and parts.

      The original purchase of the service was in September 2021, when I sent a pair of Maui *** sunglasses ************************************** with a Matte Black Frame and a Neutral Grey Lens) to Eyeglass Depot to be fixed. The glasses were returned with a gap between the frame and the lens as shown in the pictures. I reached out to the company to get the frame/lens issue fix, and given life was not able to send the glasses back right away. In early 2022 I sent the glasses back, and Eyeglass Depot was unable to locate them. I was originally given Eyeglass Depot's information from Maui ***, and they looked up the order in September 2021 and found that I sent them in to Eyeglass Depot, but since the company lost my glasses, Maui *** is saying that the two companies are unaffiliated with each other. I just want my glasses back.

      Jan. 2022 they received my sunglasses they said they could repair They sent me an invoice of ****** to pay to get repair started. After a month of no contact from them I left multiple phone messages and emails but no response other than a text they received my concern and they'd be contacting me, which they did not. After 2 months I get an email saying the boss/ manager was arrested in ** saying they are goin to try recover my glasses. Now I'm looking up my CC statement to try get my money back. I read reviews before I chose them but I really feel they are a scam

      On 10/4/2021 I contacted Eyeglasses Depot about repairing the stem of my Oakley glasses. I agreed to follow the pricing and procedure and sent my glasses to them. When I received my glasses back from them, the lens of my glasses were ruined (blistered/bubbled/scratched). I contacted them about it and they denied any culpability. I disputed the charge with my CC company. ** reached out to me and said that they would fix them if I will send them back. My CC company advised me to send them to show good faith even though I didn't feel comfortable doing so. Once they received my glasses, they denied damaging them, want to charge me additional to fix them, and refuse to send them back to me - stating that they will have to sell them to recover the money that I owe them. I would like to get my glasses back.

      In early February, i shipped my Maui *** HoOkipa prescription progressive glasses, I paid over $700 for progressive lenses, to be repaired. Received confirmation #****** from EyeglassesDepot. I have traded many emails attempting to seek repair, resolution or return. On 17 March they admitted they were lost and offered to replace. I sent them my prescription and all other data requested - PD, Bifocal line & progressive request. Since then they refuse to answer my calls or emails. This is outright fraud and at a value >$700 value their action should reach an actionable offense. I need your assistance as they simply refuse to address this issue and I have no other avenue to seek recourse with this company.Thank You. ***************************

      On 2/4/22 I mailed 5 pair of high end sunglasses (2 packages) to Eyeglass Depot for lens replacements. (Orders ****** and ******) A week later I received a quote on the repairs. I paid the repair quote with my credit card info. Didn't hear from the company. On March 8 I attempted to contact the company but could not reach a representative. March 21st I attempted to contact the company and had the same frustrating experience. Later in the day I received the following message: "**** **** **** * ** *** **** ***** **** ** **** ****** ** **** **** ****** ** ********** **** ***** *** ***** ** ** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ******* *** ******** ** *** **** *** **** ********** **** ****** ** *** ********** ***** *** **** ******** ****** ** **** ** **** ** ****** ** *** **** ******* **** ** **** *** *** ****** **** ** ** ******** **** * ******* ***** ***** ****** ***** ***""Approximately 30 minutes after receiving this email I got another email:"****** ********* *** **** ***** **** * ******* *** ** *** *** ******* *** ****** ***** **** **** ** ******* ** *** **** ***** ** **** ***** *** ******** ******* ***** **** I informed them that there was five pair of glasses and provided the order numbers. Their response: " ** **** ***** **** *** *** **** *** ******** ***** ***"They never got back to me on the missing pair. On 2/17 the company sent a text stating my glasses had been shipped and provided the **** tracking number March 29 - package hadn't arrived so I checked **** It appears a label was made but the package never left the facility.I texted the company to inquire about my package. Today (March 30th, 2022) the company responded to my text with the **** tracking number again and no other info. **** is showing the packed has been labeled but not shipped. An hour later the company sent this text: "** ****** ** **** **** ******** ** ***** ** ****** ****** ******* *** **** ** ********** **** ** * ****************************.

      I sent them a pair of Serengeti sunglasses as I had broke one of the lenses, upon arrival they indicated they needed to replace both lenses on Feb 9, 2022 for $185.00, I paid with my **** card the same day. I did not hear from them again and when I try to reach them the phone is not answered, they do not reply to emails and the chat on their website doesn't work. I have since talked to someone there almost everyday for the past two weeks as they send me an email with a tracking number that said the package was delivered to me in December of 2021. Since that time when I reach someone they tell me they do not know what has happened and ask me to be patient, that has now gone on for over two weeks. When I ask them to credit me back to include the value of the sunglasses they lost, the answer is no and I need to wait longer.
