      I waited too long to order contacts, and I paint cars with a mask that goes over my entire face, so my glasses were not really a good option. I had not had an eye exam in a few years, and although I know my prescription, I ran into an issue getting my order pushed through with the online eye exam. I called support, and ******* was above and beyond helpful in not only getting the order approved, but getting it delivered to me immediately. In just a few days (a couple of those being weekend days) my contacts got here, and I'm now able to work properly again. The biggest thank you again to ******* for helping me out more than he even needed to, and shoutout to EZ Contacts in general for getting me the very contacts I usually get for significantly less than I usually pay.

      Always get great prices on my contacts but if you need customer service move on. I ordered contacts on 11/2/2025. I received the wrong ones on 11/62025 and started the return process the same day. I mailed back the order that EZContacts sent in error on 11/5/2025. When my order was not corrected promptly, after 10 days, I called to inquire about it was told they would start processing it when the received it. I emailed and called several times with no definitive date of receiving my correct contacts. I just got my correct contacts today 12/4/2025 almost a full month from my return. EZCONTACTS SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

      Needed to exchange frames, which has turned into a two-month+ process and still no frames. I ended up cancelling and ordering elsewhere. Was told different things by different customer service agents; first, that it wasn't in stock and then, that I had to pay two additional fees to get the new frames sent out. Mind you, this is after I reached out to them multiple times; they were not providing me updates. So, they would have simply pocketed the money I already paid for the first set of frames had I not contacted them.
