Pre order sneakers and never received the purchased items as promised, usually Id order from a reputable business but thought Id give these guys a try and pre ordered twice from this company and when its time to ship it alway having problems with shipping orders, buying from these guys and getting your order is like pulling teeth. I Pre order a ******* ****** 5 metallic 2025 shoe, Dec 28, 2024, The shoe Dropped Feb 8th 2025 with a 2 week shipping window of 2/8/2025 - 2/22/2025. I contacted them about order # ****** and they said another 1 - 3 weeks more to be shipped when their shipment comes. Keep in mind the shoe already came out on the 8th, now Im thinking this is a scam, I dont want a refund or another shoe, I want the shoes I purchased if this is real company, has anyone else experience this with this company, I preorder my sons from stadium goods and they came 3 days later after the drop, I dont think its right to wait a months to receive shoe, the preorder should have went out 1st,,,Customer Answer

I placed an order a week ago and never received no tracking number or cant even get in contact with anyone, the phone number is a cell phone number it rings one time and goes straight to voicemail. Very poor service, its like they are false advertising because I dont even think they have any shoes in stock its like theyre ordering from a company whenever they receive the money. Order number ***** Ordered 12/18 This particular shoe is not a standard mens size 11. I have emailed the company and asked for a simple exchange for a larger size as this shoe is not a standard size 11. The cost of the shoe with taxes was $284. On 9/19 i purchased a pair of air ****** * sneakers from this companies website. When i recently opened the sneakers (they were to be a gift for a friends bday), they are clearly fake. The insole says air ****** 11 when they are *s, and they are also not the correct mfg. Additionally the stitching is clearly wrong inside, they do not contain the correct ****** **** stuffer and they have a chemical smell. I paid $290 including shipping, and the company advertises every purchase is 100% authentic and does not accept returns.. i want my money back, i will gladly ship them their fake sneakers back. I purchase tow pairs of sneaker from this store on 5/18 they said they were delivered i looked everywhere asked neighbors about however everyone claim not to see anything. I submitted a written statement they requested from me but i am not getting anything back they say their policy is no refunda at all. My bank has fully paid this company and i never received anything when i emailed because thats all they have onsite i get ignored.Business Response
