    I ordered a phone case and a battery from these clowns November 27th. It never shipped or got "lost in transit". Similarly to other complaints they just respond with a copy paste paragraph to every email, and then never actually reship or refund anything. I emailed a dozen times through out December, and now it's almost February and I don't have my money or my products.

    I've already emailed over a dozen times. They either don't respond or just send the same exact copy pasted paragraph. They do nothing to resolve the situation. This is a giant waste of time. I sent an email to the last complaint response, here's a surprise, they didn't respond to it.

    The business already has my order number as well as all the details..I sent them again recently and still there is no resolution...at this point if they would refund the 20% for the incorrect case color and refund the cost of the portable battery charger I'll call it even...that would be to my original charge card NOT any store credit

    I placed an order for a TEAL phone case. I received a CLEAR phone case. Emailed Punk Case and explained my problem. They emailed me back saying they can offer me 20% off or I can send the clear case back. I could get another case or a refund. I don't feel only 20% off is fair being it is 100% their fault. And why would I spend even more money sending them the incorrect case back? I have requested a TEAL case be sent to me.

    Attached is the initial communication I had with Punk Case. I feel this is nothing more than a scam! I have already sent them my order number as you see attached and that's when they offer me a 20% discount or to return for an exchange or refund. I do not trust this company to return the wrong case...plus I don't want to incur anymore expenses because of their scams! This is the second time they have done this. So I now have $70 worth of phone cases that I did not order! I want a full refund or the teal case I ordered!

    I am waiting to see if I receive the **** case that I ordered. Punk Case emailed me and said it was a special order and could take 1-2 weeks to receive. That's been almost 2 weeks ago. I don't think I will be getting the correct case. They just said that to be able to say they are working to resolve the problem. They are a scam!

    I ordered a pink case and received a black case. The shipment took an extremely long time but I don't really fault the company on that because we live in a ******-affected area and I had placed the order just before the storm. However, I have tried to contact the company about exchanging several times and all they say is "send it back if you would like to exchange"- no address or anything. I just want to exchange for a pink case. The customer service number goes to a full inbox, no answer and no ability to leave a message.

    I purchased a cell phone case on 12/10/24 and received the wrong case. I contacted them the same day, 12/17/24, explaining I received the wrong case - different color and model - and requesting for them to send me the correct product I purchased. I have not heard back from the company.(I ordered a black and clear case IP68 for iphone16 pro, and received a red case in a completely different model inside the correct product box)

    Ordered two cases and received both in the wrong color. Seems to be a current issue according to other reviews on their website. I have reached out numerous times about returning these but can not get a response back. Their website states to return items you need to send proof of purchase but they do not send invoices with their packages and it also states customer is responsible for shipping costs. I refuse to pay the costs when I was sent the wrong items. I can not return anyway as they will not answer me and provide me with a shipping label. Terrible customer service I would never recommend this company to anyone.
