    Place an online order for a phone case 3//28/25. Received a confirmation email the same day with an order #******. Received an email the next day (3/29/25) stating the order is on the way with a *** tracking #******************************. After not receiving my order, I emailed Punkcase on 4/5/25 to inquire why there was no status on the *** tracking number and find the status of my order. On 4/7/25 I received a email from Punkcase stating that they assume the package was lost in transit and they could either reship or refund. On 4/8/25 I replied to the email to say the phone case was still needed and they should reship. On 4/9/25 I asked for status on the reship. on 4/10/25 they stated they would ask the shipping department to reship. On 4/10/25 I also tried to place a call to Punkcase to inquire on status of order. Call went to voicemail. Left message to have someone contact me. After call decided to ask for a refund instead of reship. On 4/11/25 Punkcase sent me a message apologizing and offering 20% off if I kept the order. I replied and ask to have my money refunded. On 4/14/25 I received email from Punkcase wanting me to review my purchase. To date (4/15/25) I have not received my order or gotten a refund of the money that the taken out of my bank account the day after I placed the order. I cant get in touch with Punkcase to resolve this issue.

    Order ****** was ordered on March 20th, 2025 and I was emailed a notification via email that it was on its way on March 21st. The tracking information has not been updating. I brought this up to their customer service and they brushed me off, telling me to wait ***** hours. There's still been no update on the tracking information. Their customer service support has stopped replying to me. I'd like them to either file a shipper complaint or refund me if they're not going to ship me the item. I'm worried they've scammed me and just taken my money for an item they never intended on shipping to me.

    The product originally did not get processed for shipment for almost two going on three week. When I called they finally shipped the product. The product they sent was not the advertised product. It was instead a 30 dollar case can buy off of ******. Again it was not the product they advertised on their site or what I payed for it was a cheap knock off of their own product. This biusness is in some sort of trouble or its being run as a scam now. I have purchased cases though punkcase before that were good. This transaction was not.

    I placed an order within the last two weeks for two iPhone 16 pro max kick stud cases. Both valued at $50 each. Upon receiving them I realized they were not kick stud cases they were just plain cases. I contacted customer service with a description of my problem along with the order number. They responded back asking for the order number so I replied back with the order number. Their next response was along the lines of please provide more info so we can better help you. Its a game theyre playing and there is no other way to reach them! To make matters worse I place an additional order yesterday to get 2 additional cases. Another for an iPhone 16 pro max as well as one for an iPhone 16 pro. I am forced to do so because no other cases seem to hold up for the price and others dont provide color options my daughters like. I applied a discount code at check out and it showed it was applied but when I completed the payment method my email showed the code wasnt applied! I contacted punk case again with my order number a description of my issue and asked for it to be applied. I received a response to my complaint that strictly talked about shipping times!! Because the cases are for kids phones I require to have new ones before I can send the old ones back and kids should not have to suffer because a larger company screwed up! So I wish to have the proper cases or be refunded for the first order. The second order I request nothing if they refund my first order completely. If they do not then I want a partial refund for the discount I was not paid.

     Seller still refuses to acknowledge my order that was missing 1/2 of the purchases items as well as the billed amount being more than the purchased amount.

    On Feb. 14 I order a phone cas (light blue) they took the money on Feb.15 $38.77. Well I finally sent a email on March 20 asking about the case, was told it got lost ( this is the second time the exact same thing has happened) well a few days later I got a black case in the mail. I emailed again and got told well we ship what we have avaliable, to me this is false advertising, if you offer different colors to chose from that should be what you get. As of today I can not get anyone to answer me , you can't get anyone on the phone. I just want my money back.

    Ordered a product online at *********************************** on Feb 20 2025 A few weeks went by, no product yet. Tracking info on my order invoice was still showing as "shipping label created - awaiting item".As far as I can tell, they're based in *****************, and everything is shipped from within ******************I reached out to the customer service email (multiple times): ********************************** Have yet to get any kind of "actual" reply or answers to my questions; just keep getting the same blanket reply message, which does not help or resolve anything.I tried calling the phone number listed on their website: *************** ***********..which does not work.I even tried reaching out their ******** page. That was where another "contact us" email address was provided: *********************************** So I tried emailing that as well. Same situation....no answers to questions / nothing resolved.And NOW, when I click on the tracking number provided with the order invoice, the tracking number doesn't even exist anymore.I'm at the point where I'd just like my money back from the purchase.I'm also starting to think the business is indeed fraudulent / a scam.

    On 1/11/2025 I ordered Punk Bud wireless earbuds. ORDER #****** They charged my credit card $57.97 but never sent the earbuds. They sent me a tracking number that never showed up in the shipping website ******* I emailed punkcase customer service and they offered me a 20%refund and said they would still ship them out. I never received a refund nor did I get the earbuds. I emailed them several times and received no further response other than to tell me if I live outside of the ** it could take 5 weeks. If they looked at my order they would have seen I live in ************. Please intervene for me to get me a full refund. It has been 2 months now.

    I ordered a cellular phone case from punkcase on 02/28/25 on 03/01/25 the item was supposedly shipped and the funds were taken out of my bank account. When checking on the tracking for this shipment on 03/07/25 it said that it was still in pre shipment with the shipping label only created this is when I contacted punkcase via email asking where the product was to which they replied to me that it had shipped which was untrue. At this time I asked for a refund to which they responded on 03/10/25 that they would offer a refund or to send another phone case I immediately responded that same day telling them I didnt want the product anymore and wanted a refund. On 03/11/25 punkcase e mailed me asking if I wanted the product with and additional 20% off to which I replied that I requested a refund as of 03/10/25. Now it is 03/13/25 and they will not respond to my emails and I have yet to receive either the refund or the phone case I have tried reaching out through e mail numerous times and called their customer service line to which Im directed to a voicemail which is full and cannot receive any more messages.

    I received a cheaper version, of the phone case i payed for without the kickstand. There was no battery shipped at all. There customer service line does not really exist i have been trying for weeks. They did respond to my email complaint enough to string me along for a few days with empty promises. Then they just began ignoring my attempts to contact them. From my reaearch i believe this company does this all the time skimming extra money off of each customer and not sending purchased inventory. The company itself i believe is a scam and is unreachable. I am giving up hope that i will get what i payed for in this situation. Others do not deaerved to be scammed by such an empty dishonerable company

    I ordered a new case for my IPhone 16 Pro. I was notified I needed to pay duty of 25$, I was offered a 20% discount due to the extra charge. I never received the discount. When the case arrived it was not even close to the case I ordered. I ordered Teal Studstar, it was claimed they sent a pink one but I was sent a Pro Max ******* in black and neon green. I requested to return for a full refund and I was told to resell the package and write return to sender. This can not be done due to the carrier used. I wrote back and got a generic offer of 20% off if I would like to keep the case. Not only will it not fit my phone it is not what I ordered. I will be sharing my experience with anyone I can not that I am out 80$ for a case. Such poor service and this should never be the experience anyone else should have to go through. Very disappointed
