    As of January 3rd, 2025, I still have not recieved my full order, and my credit card was charged for the full amount of the order. punkcase, 23 Dec 16:41 We normally ship the next business day depending on the availability of the product. We will email you the tracking number once it ships. Standard shipping can be anywhere between 5-8 business days and expedited shipping is 2-3 business days. I would like to know when I am going to receive the rest of my order and tracking numbers. Also my order for the S24 Ultra was supposed to be 1 blac case and 1 blue case. I received 2 black cases.

    Worse company! I ordered two phone cases from them on December 16th 2024. Waited over a week for only one case to be delivered! Best part about my order it’s the wrong case, wrong iphone size and wrong color they sent me. The other case said it’s been sent with the case that I’ve already received? Idk what to do I’ve emailed them. Hopefully they repack to me ASAP! I am not taking a $150 lost from this *** company!

    Placed an order and they seemingly purposely skipped delivering it just to email me and tell me at this point its lost , would I like a new one. I said yeah. Nothing. No confirmation or case.I write them again and same message:seems lost in mail, would I like a refund or what? I say refund. They now tell me, well if I like the case I can keep it and get 20%. Scammers . Need my $$ back

    Punk case sent me the wrong cell phone case. In order for me to get the correct case I had to send the wrong case back at my expense. I recomend not to ever purchase from Punk case period.

    I placed an order for a ****** ***** 8 case and a power bank with order ID: ******* since October 4th, 2024 but only the powerbank was delivered.I need a refund for the undelivered ****** ***** 8 case because it was meant to be a gift to someone but I dont need it anymore due to your disappointment.Thank you.

    I wouldn't of ordered a thing knowing that it takes 15 to *************************************************** to wait months for order and of course it's " IMPOSSIBLE " to talk to human being about my order because half the country filled punkcases mailbox with there same nightmare problems and issues..

    Hello,I don't know why I didn't read this information before I place an order with Punkcase.com!because I would've knew not to even think of doing business with them!the amount of time that have been spent just getting answer are just enormous!there business shouldn't be allow to even take orders when someone is trying their best to take order and not giving what you paid for!which in my case was a whole month until I finally got a refund!if you find your way to read this review then your lucky because I wasnt!stay away from ordering anything from them or suffer the consequences and not getting what you order!

    I ordered a phone case alone received it and I also ordered another phone case and earbuds I only received the earbuds I never got the money back for them I tried to notify them a hand full of times if I'm not getting my phone case I want my money

    I ordered 3 cases from this Company my order is pending in **** stating en route label was made but the products ha e not not arrived .i have tried to email this Company and call invoice they have a recording message stating voice mail box is full . For days I left email at @askpunkcase and only reply was what is your order number. I replied order number and still have not heard back from them. They charged me ****** for three phone cases and no information on where my order is .I checked ****** reviews and seen where so many people have the same complaint . I finally was able to leave a message yesterday and I told them please call me because at this point I want .my refund i feel they are scammers . Last night they se t my email saying order is on the way .when I tracked it the order it is still pending waiting for the products to arrive at **** . I yriedto call this morning and the mailbox is full again ..a d from what reviews are saying they never got their case or refund!! Please help..

    I received the wrong order (a cheaper case than what I purchased) and informed them via email. They responded with an apology and an offer of 40% off my next order. I told them I wanted a full refund because I was forced to go out and buy another case (I was going out of town for a week), and to send me a returned label. They responded with:"We are unable to provide return labels for international shipments- Please seal the envelope back up and write "Return to Sender" on the front label package. The envelope can then be dropped off in any mailbox; no postage needed. Thank you so much!" I am in *****, they are in ********. I looked up to see if I could return a package that way and the **** said only if the package is unopened. I will have to pay to return the item in order to receive my refund. I will make an additional complaint, should I not receive a refund.
