    I filed my taxes with Liberty tax in March 2021, and also filed with them couple years before, and I never had any problems with my taxes being rejected. This time my taxes was rejected and I didn't find out until I called the *** to check on the status of my refund. Now at that time when I called it was August by then, and tax season was over. I had to go back to Liberty Tax Service and file again. They wouldn't tell me what the young lady did wrong and why my taxes were rejected. They just kept sayin they don't know and that I have to re file. While getting ready to file all over again, I asked if I would be charged a late fee by the *** for filing late, and I was told no. However that's not true and I ended up owing the state and was charged a late fee for a total of $741.36. I think that's the exact amount.Liberty Tax also charged me almost $400 to file my taxes, and did a terrible job. I do have proof that I reached out to the main office in ***** with the documents I received from the state. I feel Liberty tax should pay the state back as well refund me what they charged me to file my taxes. Since last year no one from liberty reached out to me at all. I've been sending emails, and they been coming back to me. Either ****** blocked me or I just cant send emails to that mail recipient. I've made phones call back to back to the main corporate office, leaving messages back to back, and not one phone call I received yet from ******. ****** is the supervisor there. I tried going over her head but no one would transfer me to then higher **** The customers service is really bad and the girls that answers the phones sound like they are sleeping and have bad attitudes. I can not remember the receptionist, but all calls are recorded and monitored, I cant upload any documents because I'm using job computer. I will once I get a return email back from you guys. Thank You At this point I am tired of this battle and need help
