    I used this company since 2023. Everything was good at first with insurance, shipments, and ******. Then after ***************************** full price for my prescription thought my insurance did not change. Once you have a bill on your account you cant manage it until you pay. I ended my membership. Its easier to get a 12 month supply from the ***

    Legit do not trust this company; they are a complete scam. Either they bought a few birth control companies (as was the case for me) and couldn't handle the mass of people and new state laws, or some complete and total idiots run this place. I specifically requested my birth control brand, said I would pay more for the non generic and informed them I was advised by my doctor not to use the generic brand as it could have additives that I had already had issues with so I needed to have name brand only, Twentyeight Health sent me not just a bad generic brand that I had told them I did not want, they sent me it in the lowest dose they could send me which was just a months worth when I had paid and it showed on the website that I was being sent 3 months of it upon contacting them they were rude and very late to reply to me so by the time I had gotten a response I had already had to find an alternative pharmacy that would honor my prescription and had to order the correct one fast as I only had a week left since Twentyeight Health had left me unresponded back to for over 5+ weeks.. I would say this company is purely a scam, especially as it took me contacting my bank to get them to block them as they continued to charge me for 4 more months even though my account said it was cancelled.

I'm hopeful I can provide additional context and ensure this concern has been resolved. Our teams current response time is within 1 business day and were also available by live chat and phone call for a faster response. Im sorry if you experienced a delay in the past. I understand there was a discrepancy regarding your brand of medication for your most recent refill through our service, and want to truly apologize for any frustration. We did receive a request to cancel your account on June 25th, 2024, but also received a number of other messages to troubleshoot the issue of receiving your non-preferred brand. Our team is always happy to troubleshoot issues with receiving the incorrect brand to the best of our ability, and on June 26, 2024 we offered to cover a courtesy replacement for your preferred brand, but noted that you would need to complete a new consultation with your provider through our service in order to do so. We did not receive a reply to this message, so your account remained active and was not cancelled until August 28, 2024 when you followed up requesting to cancel. At that time, we cancelled your account and refunded the most recent monthly subscription fee.Our mission is to empower individuals with trusted information, affordable access and convenience for their reproductive and sexual health.     They switched everyone without their consent to their "standard" plan which is $12.99/month. I opted out and they switched me to basic at $0. Since September I am not being charged $12.99 again WITHOUT my consent. **************** is terrible. They come across as knowledgable but never do as promised. Several late deliveries due to doctor prescription error. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I truly apologize for any frustration weve caused related to our Care Plans. We take transparency very seriously, especially when it comes to costs associated with our service. I'm hopeful I can provide additional context and assist you. I see that you requested to opt-out of our ************* Plan at $12.99/month in April 2024, which our Care Team assisted with. However, when you renewed your prescription in September 2024, you were required to move onto the Standard Plan for at least 1 month. After renewing, we did not receive a request to make any adjustment to your account. Because of this, you remained on the ************* Plan, which is not covered by insurance and your refills continued to process as expected. I understand that since September 2024 you were also able to utilize benefits of our ************* Plan such as 1 free over the counter item per year.I can confirm youve been moved to our ********** Plan at $0/month (aside from any copays or costs associated with your medication) moving forward. Weve also refunded two previous instances of the $12.99 fee as a one-time courtesy, which you can expect to see reflected within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Please note when your prescription expires and you are in need of a new year-long prescription, youll need to once again upgrade to the ************* Plan for at least 1 month to renew. The $12.99 fee covers the providers time to review your medical information and write your prescription. You can always move back to our ********** Plan after renewing.     The customer service is awful and they would not cancel my subscription after 5 separate attempts to reach them. Go anywhere else if you can because no one in the billing or payment department cares unless they want to ***** you for more money with high pressure sales techniques. These things aren't illegal but they are the reason I will NEVER patronize a business again.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My information was transferred to 28health from a separate birth control company that went out of business. I initially tried to set up my account to receive my BC, I was charged but my BC never arrived. They never sent my bc, they never refunded me, overall the issue was never resolved so I requested that they cancel my subscription and issued a refund. I NEVER received any response from the company via email or text. They are STILL charging my account even though I changed my card and information. I have NEVER received anything from them for them to STILL be charging my card.

    PLEASE do not use this company! I have had nothing but problems ranging from incorrect billing/overcharging, delays in shipment, slow response from customer service and the list continues. I am in the process of trying to transfer my prescription because this company is not worth the headache.

    Used them for about two years with only a few minor issues until now. About a month and a half out from my prescription expiration date, apparently I ran out of refills. They did not notify me about this. It was only after I checked in with them after not receiving another delivery of my prescription that they let me know. However, they said my prescription was expired and that I'd need to renew immediately before being able to receive another refill. When I let them know the expiration date of my prescription listed on my dashboard was more than a month out, they then switched up and told me about having no more refills. When I said my prescription should still cover refills up until the expiration date, they said they'd attempt to issue me 1 pack of my prescription, but later said they couldn't after all because their request was getting rejected by their pharmacy partner (Carepoint Pharmacy). I had them cancel my account (it's still not deleted though they confirmed it was). I then had my doctor write out a prescription for me, only to be told at my local pharmacy that Carepoint had not rejected the refill and had processed it through my insurance, meaning I couldn't get my doctor's prescription covered by insurance until a later date. I had to contact Carepoint directly to get things figured out since Twentyeight Health does not answer phone calls and will only reply to chat/emails after several days. They used to be reliable, but no longer. I would recommend using a different service if you don't want to risk having to miss many days taking your birth control.

    I was transferred over from Simplehealth who I LOVED and never had an issue and now? So many problems and some immense frustration. Twice now theyve stated that my copay wasnt paid but I can clearly see it drafted from my account. They cancelled my account in error the first time due the unpaid copay and then when it was fixed drafted the second prescriptions copay THAT DAY and now its unpaid. I am now behind on the timeline for my next shot due to these simple errors. And now they are switching from an annual fee for lack there of service to a MONTHLY fee for lack there of service. Explain to me the high percentage up charge for the declining quality of service, because that math isnt mathing. Don't go through this company if you want to actually receive your birth control or an actual response in a timely manner.

    Randomly changed my prescription price by $30. Had a to send multiple emails to get answers about it. They eventually refunded the $30. But then 3 months later they charged me the $30 again. Scam company

    I was transferred to this company from Simplehealth and it has been less than good. This is now the 2nd time I have to wait another month to continue taking my birth control because they can't seem to refill prescriptions on time. They've also changed my birth control twice without notice. Don't go through this company if you want to actually receive your birth control on time. I could book an appointment to go see a gynecologist, get a prescription from them and still get my birth control before this company would ever ship out my other pack.
