      On 11-16-24 I ordered 1 bottle of Lugol's Originals iodine for $24.65. On 12-9-24 I ordered 5 more bottles at a 10% discount. I made a subscription but expected to immediately stop that. I could find no way to do so. I immediately emailed Lugol's, explaining my goal and my dilemma. They did not answer. Through 8 more emails over ***************************************************************************************************** iodine. No one ever responded. I tried the website's phone number. It didn't work. I called ********** to request that they not pay for the frequent shipments of iodine, which they did. ***** gave me the phone number for Lugol's from their account application with *****. It gives a recording saying their mailbox is full. Lugol's sent me a text offering a way to reach them. I signed up to the point where they required me to fill in the 4-digit code. I tried four times to get them to send the code. It never came. I'm SO frustrated with this company and the pain in the neck it has been. They are 100% non-responsive. So I have three unopened packages of iodine, another 5 bottles in my fridge that I don't want, and one that I'm expecting tomorrow after ANOTHER notification from them. I can't REACH them. 11-16-24 Order #****-*********** 1 bottle of iodine, $24.65--wanted 12-14-24 Order #****-*********** 5 bottles, 10% discount, $89.95--wanted All other orders are unwanted. My correct paid amount should be $************ Bank says they are refunding my purchases past the first two, and they will not pay for any more shipments. I don't know how YOU will reach Lugol's, but I've absolutely had it with them. It's a shame. I've heard good things about their iodine. But their customer service is a wreck--the worst I've ever seen. I look forward to hearing from you and learning what you will be able to do to resolve this matter. Thank you for the service you provide for people who are in a position like I'm in and don't know where else to turn.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Lugol's Originals regarding complaint ID ********.

      I have attached two documents, one of which I may have already sent you. The other (I hope--I'm not great at tech stuff and attachments) is a recent letter I sent
      by snail mail when I finally found a physical address on Lugol's website. I believe I sent it on the 19th of March, so ten days ago. I cannot understand what the
      problem is. The company has a good reputation across several individuals on ******* who highly recommend their iodine. I believe it is a family-owned and 
      -operated company, though that may be incorrect. I've wondered if they are having some significant challenges. My requests for their help go back to December.

      What is my recourse now? As I told them in the letter I have, I am holding on to something like $495 worth of their product that is far more than I will ever need.
      What do you suggest?

      I placed an order nov 26 2024, received an email saying they were getting the order ready and it was to arrive dec *****. I received no shipping information email and product did not arrive. I have tried to contact them several times with no response. I used there contact form online and sent emails. I would like a refund ($59.52 usd) and no further contact.

      I ordered iodine, a one time purchase!! I did NOT sign up for a weekly subscription!!!!! I ordered the product on sale for a one time purchase of $24. I got the original product in a timely fashion. Several weeks later I was charged for another order as a subscription. I called the company, no answer, now the messages are full! I cannot log in, I cannot cancel it!! I had to cancel with my bank and file a dispute. This is terrible!! This company should be charged for fraud and not allowed to do business!!! I was hit twice on my bank account for a product I did not purchase and to make matters even worse, they haven't even sent the supposed subscription to me, they just keep charging my account!!!!!!!!

      We ordered the iodine on December 2nd, it was supposed to be delivered on December 8th. It is still not here. They dont answer the phone nor do they reply to emails.

      On December 3, 2023, I ordered six 4-ounce bottles of 20% lugol's iodine from Lugols Originals. I paid $138.00 for the six bottles which was the discounted price advertised on their website for their Black Friday promotion.A package of six 2-ounce bottles of 20% lugol's iodine was received by my friend on December 13, *********'s the problem: I had paid for six 4-ounce bottles, NOT 2-ounce bottles.They shorted me half of my order!On November 1st, 2024, I emailed Lugol's Originals about the shorted order. They asked me for a photo of the original order. I emailed a photo of five 2-ounce bottles which they had sent (I couldn't photograph all six bottles because the remaining bottle was at another location).In my emails to Lugols Originals I asked them to either refund half my payment OR send me the outstanding remainder of the order in the form of 6 2-ounce bottles of 20% lugol's iodine. I sent three emails requesting this to which they never responded.

      The issue is that I ordered one, single product and carefully checked to ensure I did not choose auto-delivery. I have been charged and sent 4 products in about a 2 months span and have emailed multiple times asking this business to stop charging and sending the product as it's completely unnecessary (1 bottle could easily last a person months or longer). I've also called and left a voicemail with zero response in any form. I have clearly told them that I do not want this product on auto delivery and

      I subscribed for a shipment of Lugols 5% Iodine from Lugols Naturals. It appears to be a 6 or 8 week recurring order but Im not sure as Im unable to access their website to look at or change my order!Their website is ******************************************** my first order ******* took a very long time to receive, it finally arrived. However, while waiting the company never responded to my email query about status of the shipment which arrived mid-May.Two months later ( July 1), they sent an email to notify me of my pending subscription order. I sent them daily emails for a week to NOT send the order as I wasnt ready for more with NO response from them. I went to my credit card company and disputed the transaction. Still NO communication from the company. On August 19th, I received another email about another shipment to which I emailed them to NOT ship. Today I see they have shipped the order.Additionally, I have repeatedly attempted to access my account on their website, but there is no ability to do that. Phone calls to their posted business number *************) reach a recording that this number is not active!I am now returning to my credit card to dispute this transaction.I have no faith that this product is an actual product and will discard it due to these very shady business practices.Can you help me to reach them to cancel all future orders? Thank you!

      On June 15, 2024, I paid Lugols Naturals $38.31 for a bottle of iodine and shipping. Order no. is #***************** The item has not shipped. The phone number provided for customer service is no longer in use. They have not responded to my emails.

      I placed an order from Lugols Originals on their website at Lugolsnaturals.com on 5/16/2024 for ***** Order number #****-************ Apple Cash was deducted ***** 5/16/2024. I mistakenly pressed Apple Cash to purchase the iodine product offered by Lugols Originals. The payment was accepted and the amount of ***** was deducted from my Apple Cash account. Somehow they were able to deduct the account even though it is not listed as an accepted payment method. I called Apple Support 6/4/2024 to request assistance contacting the seller for assistance with a refund request and was informed they were unable to provide any assistance. I was informed that I would need to contact the seller to request return of ***** I then sent another email to ******************************* requesting the return of the refund amount of *****. My logged in account shows the order paid-fulfilled. Which is NOT fulfilled.I have not received the order as of today 6/6/2024. **** shipping number lookup has not been updated with any further information since the order was accepted by the business and payment deducted from my account from 5/******* AM, **** Tracking number ****************************** I have emailed ******************************* numerous times requesting my account be refunded or the product shipped as promised. No response has been received by email, phone call or updated shipping information on tools.usps.com using the Tracking number above. I am respectfully requesting your assistance in this matter for the refund of the amount of ***** After the non response from the business and a disconnected phone number, I began looking into the business reputation, and no longer trust the quality of the iodine solution as advertised. It appears as though Im not the first person to have similar issues with this company, of orders not shipping, and no response, creating the inability to communicate for a direct resolution between the customer and the seller.       I began a subscription with Lugols Originals Iodine solution at http:www.lugolsnaturals.com more than 3 months ago and after receiving the subscription decided to cancel the monthly shipments and end my agreement with them. My first attempt to cancel was emailed to them in Feb 2024 and today is May ***************************************************** speak to anyone on the phone. Their website says to contact them at ******************************* or to call ************ however both options go nowhere.
