      I recently bought a new watch from Ashford.com After receiving the watch, I found the watch to have several scratches in the lug area as if someone took the bracelet off and scratched the lugs. The plastic protective sticker was also peeled off the bracelet. The watch was supposed to be new, and they sent me a used scratched watch.
