The website does accept payments. The website is also not secure.
The website states, "CRMG is also a fully virtualized, licensed, and bonded third-party collection agency available on consignment." BBB requested that the business provide licensing and bond information for all states they are collecting in.
"CRMG supports a broad spectrum of creditors across many industries." BBB requested the name of at least 10 of the creditors that the company supports.
