    Unable to contact company regarding paying loan through *** *** Advance

    Not sure when she tried contacting Debt Management Partners. If it was last week our office was closed. I cannot pull anything up under her email. When i pull up ***** ****** in our system there are about 10 so i would need an original account number or the social security number in order to pull her up. I am back in the office today for her to call at ###-###-####

    I had to give it a 4 only because customer service operator even though very helpful sounds impatient when you are tying to get information about your account. I will send a payment by my my bank wait a week and ask about the balance. I have ask that information to be sent upon receiving latest but I always have to call to ask
