  Have made the entire payment towards my account and have been awaiting a graduation packet for months now! Everytime we call they say it’s still in review and to continue to call so they can finalize. Do not! I repeat do not use this company

  At first they where looking like they where doing what they said they could do. Then a court summons was served to a creditor in the program. Enrolled 27k of debt and ended up at 38k. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any one. They hardly reach out during the process after they messed up on one credit card cost over 8k from not doing what they said they could do. I usually don’t post reviews good or bad but when they almost made me loose almost everything we had. I pulled out the rest of the creditors to take care of them myself that should have been handled before the extension I had to to do to take care of the biggest creditor I had in the program. At the end they got very lazy. I was the one making calls to them and checking the app for progress.

  LAZY AND ZERO CARE I have enough of this company I have patiently tried and keep my payments and i just cant wait to be done with the contract for almost 4 years we are still working on 2 accounts and 1 account that had already been forgiven. hey took the service fee for all settled accounts, 1 account sue me for non payment and the ******* *** settlement which they were late in sending the initial payment to jumpstart the agreed settlement. They waited until it was due date to send payment and guess what they updated the account saying everything has been paid for. ******* *** reached out and keep chasing me for the balance. So my credit report still showing i still have not paid my debt. They were late turning in the payment so the contract or settlement agreement was void. Now i have to go back and forth with them and they did not offer me a resolution saying the can not pay for the balance so I said are you telling me i have to be responsible for that so what for did i ask you guys to settle this accounts. im so frustrated and offended by their lack of attention and they told me ** would not allow them to get a Powers Attorney to renegotiate it is because your company are internally fighting lawsuit one after the other and your company standing is very low financial companies does not want to deal with you. Ohhh my frustration about this company. You are stealing our hard earned money and you don't do your job! I cant wait for California my research to give me the drive and find out the loophole to sue this company.

  Awful! Every time you call to get information on finishing the program, you get a different answer. I was told three times I would be done with the program April of 2024, now they tell me no, I still have a full year left. And the amount of total owe changes. Seems like they just charge what they want and when they want to add fees to the balance.

  This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life!! They gave me a plan with an amount and time to pay off my debtors, and have failed completely!!! I have kept my end of the bargain but they have not. I have had to pay additional monies and taken to court as one of my debtors sued me!!!! Now I have another one trying to sue me and they give me no results!!! I am at my wits end with this company!!! How can they do this to people reaching out for help. Please someone take action against them so they stop "stealing" from us.

  I recently financed purchased a vehicle from ***** ******** ****** in Ogden,UT which finances through Tiberline financial. Well I ended up having it repossessed because I made a payment of $310 like I was asked to make, kept the online receipt but then I logged back in and the amount says I owe $674 which I was supposed to only pay the down payment. I never signed an agreement of $984 a month for a 2017 car. They came and threatened me of taking and turning off the car. They came and took the keys from me and later towed the car. They didn’t even refund my $310 I recently paid on it 2 days ago. They are dupposrd to be a place to help people not make them into debt and cause a repossession on your record. THIS PLACE AND FINANCE Company are FRAUD AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

  If I only could leave zero stars, I would have. I have been in the program with Timberline for almost three years and I finally cancelled on September 27, 2023. My experience with them has been nothing but unpleasant. Be aware!!! They sweet talk you in every and which way to get you to sign in, and they neglect your accounts by letting the creditors *** you and then Timberline assigns your account with their in-house law firm, ********. You only get to work with an inadequate paralegal, who supposedly has your best interest, but this system only reaps more money from you. I have called several times, asking Timberline to contact my creditors due to law suit threats and actually has gotten served twice and they completely neglected my calls and requests. Stating that they have a system. And the system is such. to allow you account to go into a lawsuit and have the ******** handle it by charging you even more money.I caught on to their lies and finally cancelled after 2.5 years. I was told I had $960 in my escrow amount upon cancellation on 9/27/2023. I requested a statement and a refund. I was told it will take 2-4 weeks to process. When nothing was emailed/sent, I called again on 10/23/2023 and was told that the refund was not processed because they didn't' know where to sent the refund but I should receive in within **** business days. Nothing happened and no statement was emailed. I just called them again today and escalated to speak to a manager. The manager told me that there is no refund as the $960 was used to pay fees that I owed them. You can imagine my frustration and disgust with this crooks. Be very aware that they DO NOT HAVE YTOUR BEST INTEREST. They are crooks.

  Do Not Use Timberline Financial! They will cost you more money than credit card companies do. They are a Huge SCAM!!! I would give them 0 stars if possible.

  They really pulled me out of a bad situation with my debt. I inquired about my debt problems and they gave me advice and a transparent process of the solution to my problems. I am really grateful. I see a lot of reviews here that say the company is a scam. I don't think thats the case at all. I think a lot of people were confused as debt negotiation isn't straightforward.

  The company is a total scam! I was paying them $590 a month and in 4 years they could not pay off my creditors!?! I paid to them almost as much as what I owed to the creditors. I would have paid more if I hadn't complained to them and got rid of them! They also NEVER update you on what's going on. There account system is hard to conclude. PLEASE don't waste MORE of your money! Terrible company!
