    I had a new roof put on my home in the process of the roof being done they knocked a piece of my siding off . I contacted the company the owner said her would take care of it he never did . I called again he said he would take care of it he never did. When i called the third time he said he was sending someone out to look at it within the hour. They came out and told me that they did not knock the piece of siding off they the wind blew it off and then he told me that the siding had been knocked off before and some put it back on. I have lived here for fourty years the piece of siding has never came off. This piece of siding is right above my front window. Now when i call the owner he does not answer or call me back. I am a disable senior citizen and i think they are trying to take advantage of me and i don"t appreciate it all I just want the piece of siding they knocked off put back i hooe you can assist me in this matter. the

    BBB spoke to **** at the business and the following was relayed: The siding never fell off from us doing this job for the city.  I can send you a picture of that piece of siding that was there that had 15 nails in it before us.  That was the workmanship from somebody else, we had nothing to do with it.  But I did go out there and change the piece of siding for her regardless because that's how our company works.  When we do work for a consumer who is using a grant, the city inspectors and the consumer need to sign off at the end of the job that everything is good.  All of the city inspectors, and all of the city government people signed saying the job was great, and so did this consumer.
