Purchased Hydroycut Gummies for weight loss with Vitamins at my grocery store. It was quite pricey but the added bonus of vitamins persuaded me to try the product...America's#1 selling, scientifically researched, metabolizes fats, carbs, etc. I have just finished this bottle of 90 gummies which were all stuck together in the jar. Total mess. I have not lost an ounce of weight and I would not be surprised if the vitamins are not even present in the product. Feeling ripped off I made a complaint online to Hydroxycut and got a response that they only handle online sales and to contact the manufacturer. Iovate Health Science is the distributor and they need to be investigated. They are not rated by the BBB. This is a major supplier of weight loss supplements which needs to be held accountable for high prices and unwarranted claims. There isn't an office readily available for consumer complaints. Please warn consumers Hydroxycut is most likely a scam product.Business Response

(Iovate), contracts third party manufacturers that are compliant to Current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products consistently meets the established specifications for the identity, purity, strength, and composition per specifications.Regarding their comments on ‘gummies which were all stuck together in the jar,’ proper storage plays an important role in maintaining the product’s freshness and can help prevent clumping. It is encouraged to store the product in a cool dry place (60oF to 80oF).Regarding their comment on lack of effect, there are numerous factors that affect weight loss including (but not limited to) metabolic rate, genetic makeup, medical conditions, stress level and sleeping patterns. It is best to reference the product’s label, that indicates for best results to use the product for a minimum of 60 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program.Iovate products are monitored by our manufacturers’ Quality unit during production to ensure compliance to in-process specifications. All stages in the manufacture of the product from raw ingredient to finished product are checked, reviewed, tested, and verified prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Analysis.Iovate appreciates this feedback as we are always looking to ensure we are providing products of high quality. I am complaining because this company is a major seller on the internet. As I stated I made my purchase in my grocery store. I am angry that there was not a department available to voice my dissatisfaction with the product. I went online to find it. I was blown off by one on their many cohorts who sell their products. The big boy is producing and selling directly to unsuspecting consumers in stores and on the internet. The product is a waste. Scam.
I can see they have their lawyers to handle the BBB. They took care of you. My desire was for the BBB take a deeper look at the company. It is sickening to see these big companies in the diet industry ripping people off.

I placed and order with this company (Order Number #*****) for 2 items - ******* ****** *** ***** **** ******. This order was placed 7/2. When the package came I only received the ******* ******. The ***** **** was not in the package. I have left a few messages that have not been acknowledged, let alone answered about getting the other product shipped. I’ve already paid for it, so I just want it shipped to me. There isn’t a customer service number to talk to someone, so all a customer has is a contact form from the ********** website, that no one responds to. Can just ship my product, or refund my money? I purchased hydroxycut ft an ad fir the non stimulant formula on April 4th when the package arrived it was the stimulant which I can not take. I filed for a return on April 5th . They acknowledged it and so far have refused to refund or return the product. All I got was an email stating that they are aware of my request for a return/ refundBusiness Response
