BBB sent correspondence to 716 Mobile IV LLC on March 14, March 27, and April 4, 2024 requesting more information about their practice as well as substantiation for advertised claims on the website https://www.716mobileiv.com/. To date, the business has not provided the requested information.

BBB requested the names and licensing information for all owners and employees of the business and if the business is 100% owned by a physician or group of physicians with full practice authority. 

BBB asked if the IV cocktails are compounded by the business in their facility by a licensed pharmacist or physician, and if not BBB asked for the name and licensing information for the pharmacist and/or physician that the IV cocktails are compounded by.

The website features the option of an “add on” for some of the IV cocktails offered. BBB asked what the process is for these items to be added on.

BBB requested more information regarding the medicinal and therapeutic claims/statements, and any supporting evidence to support the claims. 

BBB's Code of Advertising #34 Claimed Results states:
Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.

The business offers semaglutide for weight loss. BBB asked if the business is ensuring that potential clients have an additional weight related condition or if they are prescribing semaglutide for weight loss only.
