    Had screening colonoscopy in February 2023 general physicans is billing for diagnostic colonscopy. 152.04 dollars screening colonscopy is covered in full from insurance company united health care have been calling billing dept and insurance company can't get settled they continue to bill. Doctor verified the service along with scheduling dept. ****** ****** **** has deputed put grievances in to no avail. Billed incorrectly they deny the service rendered is free according to insurance I can't get it settled threatening collections not paying for a free screening!

    The lack 'source control' policies in their medical offices during a time of rampant airborne infectious disease, have led to high front office staff turnover and seeming cognitive impairment in many of those that remain. I saw my primary care physician only once. He dismissed my years long symptoms as psychiatric in nature, rather than run even a few routine tests, then passed me on to a PA. While my PA did her best, the continuously deteriorating conditions of the clinic itself could not prevent a low standard of care. As I said before, refusing to protect immunocompromised patients through consistent source control policy has resulted in poor quality care and an unsafe environment that has resulted in re-exposures and possible reinfections. I have moved on to another medical group after witnessing mistakes during a blood draw in their lab (failure to change a ripped glove, touching the area over the vein after swabbing with alcohol) because I do not need a bloodstream infection on top of everything else.
