            THIS IS ACTUALLY CONTINUOUS PROBLEM, A PATIENT FROM OUR ED WAS SET UP WITH A PICK UP FROM YOUR COMPANY AND HAD A PICK UP CONFIRMED AT 1500 BUT THEN WAS NEVER PICKED UP AND THEN OF COURSE YOUR OFFICE CLOSES AT 1700 AND THEN WE HAVE TO SET UP ALTERNATE RIDES FOR THESE PATIENTS. NO ONE CALLED US TO SAY THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET THIS PATIENT AND THEY WILL JUST SIT HERE FOR HOURS.

            DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! This morning, August 10, 2023, Prime Care Transportation Inc. took my sister (I am her Health Care and Legal Proxy) in a wheel chair van from Westfield, NY, to an appointment at the **** ****** ******* ****** in Buffalo. This was her experience: 1) The driver neglected to gas up the van before he left, so he stopped along the way to get gas, and convienently used the stop as an excuse to go inside the store and get food for himself; 2) while driving he constantly took his hands off the wheel to fiddle with putting gloves on and off; 3) he played the radio VERY LOUDLY and had to be asked 2x to turn down the volume; 4) he was CONSTANTLY on the phone which caused him to miss his turn for the hospital, so he did an ILLEGAL U-TURN, with a patient in a wheelchair in his van! This driver should be FIRED for negligence!
