      i have been a news customer most of my life sometimes there would be a production problem and would not recieve a paper which i understand but in the last month i was missing a paper several days a week /you call talk to robot stay on hold a long time not so friendly customer service the price i pay per month is expensive but i wanted my paper i called and canceled i will no longer play russian roulett with the RUDE ROBOT NEWS

      I’ve been a Buffalo News subscriber for years and never had an issue with the paper being delivered up until 3 weeks or so when my regular delivery person no longer delivered for whatever reason. I didn’t receive a Sunday paper. I called a Buffalo News customer service rep & received credit. Then another day didn’t receive the paper.Called again.Most reps were nasty. I was receiving newspapers from the day before or all wet.I spoke to the route manager & she promised a manager would deliver it. Some days I would get it other days I wouldn’t.I ended cancelling the Buffalo News.I subscribe to another paper not knowing the news delivers that paper as well.Same thing paper shows up some days but most it doesn’t.I’ve communicated with the route manager & sometimes she will deliver it other she won’t. I received my Saturday paper on a Tues. Wed didn’t receive it. Just terrible service when the Buffalo News contracts with other newspapers to deliver there paper & never do.Who is in charge???

      I'm sorry that you have been having issues with your Buffalo News delivery. After reviewing your account, I see that you stopped your Buffalo News account on 9/21/21 and a refund was issued. Unfortunately, we don't handle complaints for the ** **** which is the other publication that you subscribe to. Please contact their customer service at ***************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      It appears The Buffalo News is not aware they signed a contract with The ** **** to deliver there papers. 
      The Buffalo News also contracts with th ** ***** and *** **** ****** ******* to deliver there newspapers.  The person that replied to this response from The Buffalo News is clueless as well as there customer service which is useless. They have no supervisors or managers to speak with.No kidding I cancelled The Buffalo News but the Buffalo News has a contract with The ** **** to deliver there paper. Yes the Buffalo News carriers do deliver the ** ****. You might want to have someone at The Buffalo News reply who knows what’s going on because this person certainly doesn’t.

      I never received my copy of the Sunday Buffalo News edition. I have been a subscriber to the News for over 30 years. I tried calling the News several times but either heard a recording with a wait time of more than a half hour (finally had to hang up, or was cut off altogether. I want a credit to my account for my missed paper.

      Customer's account has been credited for the missed delivery. Sunday's & Monday's are our busiest days and is very hard to get through the phone line. You can always reach us by sending an email to ******************@********.com.
