I had placed an order on January 28 2025 and have not received it. Contacted this business and they keep telling me it will ship soon from Ohio. It has not happened to this date April 8 2025. I responded to an ad from Nuubu on the internet claiming they had a product that would get rid of toenail fungus. When I received multiple packages of the product, no where on the package did it even mention toenail fungus. I sent them an email that they sent me the wrong product and got an answer that they were very busy and it would be a while before they could get back to me. After over a week I received an answer that they don't make a product for toenail fungus. And that was all that was said. I saw other complaints on the bbb about people who ordered after seeing the ad for toenail fungus. So I'm not the only one who saw it. The order was placed around Feb 1, 2025 and the price I paid was $124.78 for a product that doesn't even exist. I would like a refund of $124.78 and this company should be put out of business.Business Response

Letter to merchant to no avail: they are just ignoring there 30 day gaurantee February 6, 2024 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent order from Nuubu Company. I placed orders through Nuubuu and after I order I realized through various customer review that I have been taken. I ask them to cancel my order and refund my money several times even before it was shipped. However, they sent it Upon receiving the delivery, I emailed them, and they told me I it had a 30-day money back guarantee and that they would give me instruction for the return, However, I never received any instructions and email and call daily to no aval. I get the standard message we are too busy we will get back with you. I disputed with ****** also and the merchant told them it was received. Yes, it was but I want to return. I find this explanation unacceptable. • Lack of Communication • Inaccurate Order Fulfillment: they state that they have a 30-money guarantee, and I want a refund of 46.56. • Reoccurring Issue: • This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Company has been issued multiple cease and desist notices that applied to them and their advertising partners dating back to 2021. On January 8th, 2024, I recieved another e-mail promoting their footpads that will cure all that ails me. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Besides this brand of medicine that I thought went the way of the dodo with FDA being created. I saw an add online about a wonderful product for nail fungus. I decided to order these small treated pads to place on nail. The company sent me these pads to place on bottom of foot for detoxing. I ordered 1 packet to try it our but received and was billed $70 for six packets which I did not want. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I purchased but received a message that my order was already on the way and could not be cancelled. Now, in order to return all 6 unopened packets, I am supposed to return it to an address in Germany when the order was shipped out from New York. It would cost me $47 to ship it back to Germany plus fill out forms for international mailing. Why does it need to be shipped to Germany when it was sent from New York.Business Response

On December 9, I accidentally placed 3 separate orders, one cost $24.28, the other two were $15.79 each. I immediately notified Nuubu to cancel. Nuubu replied Immediately that due to high volume of emails there might be a delay in response time. Resent cancelation on December 10, Received the same Nuubu email. On Dec 11, I received email that order # ******* is on its way, The order contained 3 detox patches, The order date w as 2024-12-10, the day after I sent my first cancel request. The tracking # is **********************. The product was delivered December 14. I tried for hours to find out how to return the product and finally found rather detailed instructions to send the items to an address in Germany. I printed the label, packed the product and took it to the post office. The cost to send to Germany was $30.00. I wrote another email with my outrage about the German address mailing cost when the goods were sent to me from New York and received the same tired response from Nuubu. I just want my money back and a prepaid mailing label to return the goods.Business Response

I purchased a 3 pack of nubuu from their online advertisement for $45 plus $5 shipping. It came within days. I have changed my mind after reading reviews and sought to return the item unopened. They complied and gave me a return address that is in Germany! It would cost more to return than I paid for the whole item when the business is located in my own state.
