              I feel like a pawn in a very amoral business practice. I was not told that the doctor was not in the office to see me until I was signing in for my appointment. I was told I could still be seen that day for standard tests, and can come back in a week to be seen by the doctor and I would not be charged for a 2nd appointment as it was their mistake. When I showed up the next week I was most certainly charged for another appointment, and I was spoken to by various employees and levels of employees in a very belittling way on how what they had done was proper and that I have no reason to be surprised or upset. Date of incident: 2/26/2024 Doctor: Michael O. C******* Address: 3712 Southwestern Blvd Orchard Park, NY 14127 Phone: ###-###-#### Because I have already spoken to them about the matter, and they show no interest in correcting their mistake, I expect nothing to result in this complaint. I was recently contacted by their billing department, which has brought me to resurface the issue.

              I lost my prescription glasses - not a fault of ECVA. I asked if they could possibly rush my new glasses - they said the cannot - after 2 weeks I called to see when I can expect them - they said they are in and have been for 5 days. No call whatsoever.
