    WEEKLY the power in MY unit goes out usually based on my NEIGHBOR blowing a fuse. This is super inconvenient and is now costing me money because I work from home full time. Each time this happens I call the emergency line as required by ********* ******* **** or whatever name they are using today. The maintenance team along with ******** *********r company have advised that the fuse/electricity box is super outdated and needs to be replaced. The maintenance team advised me over a month ago that they have put in a request on my behalf to have this done but their 'boss' hasn't contacted an electrician to do so. Every time I call the property management company's main number ************* listed on their tenant portal, ***************************************************************, I am given the run around & they ultimately send the same maintenance men out who can't properly fix the issue, only an electrician can. In addition, our basement floods MONTHLY with sewer feces and urine from OTHER units. The property management company sends the maintenance team to drain or suck up the water but NEVER properly cleans the now feces infected space. The maintenance team never comes with cleaning materials and have often asked for mine. This area should be properly, preferably professionally, cleaned as fecal matter from other people/units in my living quarters is HIGHLY UNSANITARY. I am not sure what else to do in this matter, other than move, which I am not financially able to do at this time. Overall, the property management company has not done their part to ensure their residence have a safe and clean living space but have no problem increasing rent.

    Ceiling leaking from my bathroom, basement has flooded multiple times, other apartment issues with extremely slow response times (like weeks) and sometime no response at all from property management company.
