  ******** sent him out for roadside assistance and he told me he could patched my tire easily so I gave him the okay. He patched the tire with the item I ran over still inside and my tire was bulging. The auto shop worker at ******* said I was in serious danger of my tire exploding.

  Knock out lockout deserves Zero stars! Real love crooks! I needed roadside service. ***** sent these guys who lied and said my battery was no good and wouldn’t jump or charge so I needed another. Then they tell me that they have new batteries for sale. I fell for it Vegas’s I was desperate abs stuck. They definitely took advantage because I was a woman and alone. When he hooked his box to my car, I’m sure he probably never even turned it on, otherwise I’m pretty sure my battery would’ve jumped and worked. So anyway I ended up taking them up on their offer and purchased a battery for 240. Fast forward to today 3.5 months later after the crooks put the battery in my car, my car wouldn’t turn on. Called roadside again, a different company came and charged the batter. I was able to drive to **** **** to get it checked out. My battery was reading for a bad battery and nice hooked up to their system. Also the battery was small and not even the right model for my car. **** **** man said that my battery was a old junk yard battery. So those crooks from knockout lockout put anything in my car and took my money!!! If knockout lockout is dispatched to you please change and ask for another company. Big scammers. They work in a pair. It’s two of them! Do not fall for the games!!! Big time Liars! I’m calling ***** tomorrow to report them as well. ***** need to remove them from their list because they are nothing but crooks!

  A moment ago Connected through insurance for roadside assistance, received a confirmation text from Knockout at exactly 5pm, 630pm I am still waiting and still being told the driver is 20-25 mins away. The driver stopped answering and so they assigned a new driver who says my request was canceled twice so he wasn't even on his way yet. Dispatcher said she doesn't know why they said that the order was never canceled and she can't take a complaint for the driver I should instead call *****. ***** confirmed at 5:42 they had done their part and a driver should have arrived, even double checked and added updates to location. Knockout driver progress tracker shows no eta and no route info, has said for two hours that they're working on finding a driver for me. All while I. On the side of a highway exit ramp in the car with a child. The worse service ever and the driver and dispatcher are both just passing the blame around.
