    So Sara from Lgm that claims to be a "supervisor" claims she's the only supervisor and that there are no others to talk to when ever I needed to address things. So this is my first time for putting in a complaint . Which I normally don't do unless it gets this bad. So Sara seems like the most angry unprofessional with a very bad attitude. She would get irritated about me calling. I never called just for nothing to make her mad or anything like that like she was making seem like. She basically should definitely be watched more on her phone calls because I've never had such a problem. She is rude, she hangs up on you, and she could care less. My clinic made me switch to this company or I would of definitely switched. I'm afraid to call when I'm having to need to call. Also she claimed which I don't know if this is true but when ever I have an appointment the driver does not ever come on time and I am late to my appointment and she claimed that' was ok.

    Sara from LGM Transport always answered the phone with a professional happy voice! Malik was a fantastic driver I wish they still came to Genesee County!
