I have tried and tried to give Buffalo games a chance with their puzzles. Each time a puzzle or two would have problems that have to really work at get to fit. But this time the last five had been a totally total nightmare. And with the pictures I'm sending you could see where the pieces only place the pieces could go can go because they have mail connections on both sides and you cannot connect two males you have to have a male and female. This puzzle is so pathetic that I'm writing this just so other people who look at BBB check out above flow or warn to stay away from Buffalo I will never ever buy another Buffalo game. I want my $200 back I should be asking for everything I've paid over the past year trying them but all set up for the last 200. If not and BBB can help me I will take this much much much further being a disabled war vet and stuck here with nothing to do I had the time to run Buffalo into the ground.Business response

We are unable to offer monetary reimbursement unless the purchase was made directly from our website. If that is the case, the customer may send back the puzzles to us along with their order number and reason for return and we will refund back to the credit card it was purchased on originally. In our experience of more than 25 years and tens of millions of puzzles made, the most likely explanation we have is that a single piece has been placed in the wrong location - and that one piece has caused the rest of the puzzle to not work out. We have taken the time to investigate puzzles with a similar issue to yours and we usually can spot the problem. It is most often a piece around the hole-or one that fits ok but not perfectly. It’s also likely a solid color. We invite our customer to send a clear closeup photo of the problem area and surrounding pieces - we can help!Customer response

We appreciate you reporting the issue you had with your puzzle and we’d like to make it up to you by offering a replacement puzzle free of charge ??!We’ve recently updated our website-please go to buffalogames.com and scroll to the bottom to find and click on the link to the Contact Page. Once there, locate the button called ”Replacement Form“ (under the “Missing or Defective Puzzle Pieces” section) …that way you can pick the puzzle you like best! We are unable to complete the form for you because we want you to have an opportunity to choose your favorite from our available titles.Please note that we cannot supply single pieces and it may not be the puzzle you are working on, but we would like to send a free puzzle of your choice with the list at the end of the form. My son, *** *****, and I purchased a 2,000 pc **** **** puzzle at ******* in **** ******* ** on 12/27/21. The # listed on the puzzle is ***** and is a product from Buffalo Games & Puzzles. Along with the puzzle, we purchased a frame for the puzzle based upon the measurements of 38.5 in X 26.5 in. It took my son and I several days (4 to 5 days) to put the puzzle together and 1 piece of the puzzle was missing. This was not an error on our part, but rather an error with the quality control dept at Buffalo Games. l, personally, reached out to Buffalo Games via their website to make them aware that their product was missing a piece for completion. They responded, with no empathy mind you, stating that they could not provide individual pcs to a puzzle. This, in my eyes, is absolutely unacceptable. I want to either return this puzzle with missing piece back to their company and have a replacement re-mailed to me and I will put it together all over again. My son lives in ******** ** so he was unable to see the completion of the puzzle. I reached out to the toll-free customer number, **************, and there is nobody live to speak to. Additionally, there is no way to leave any msg, comment, or feedback as their mailbox "coincidentally" could not take any messages. I reached out to the Refund dept at ************** and experience the same issue. No live assistance and no way to leave a msg. So, I took it upon myself to reach out to the President of Buffalo Games on ******** because I wanted to voice my frustration to their response and lack of live assistance.Initial Complaint

Always missing pieces. Picture lifts off cardboard back & has to be glued. Puzzles sent out with out posters. Puzzles are out of alignment, a gap between right & left sides of the puzzle will not connect. Repetition of same objects from puzzle to puzzle (see attached). Phone mesage run-around with dead-end conclusion.
Comment: Puzzle pieces with no relationship to the puzzle you are working are included.
