    I went to this business to repair an **** screen back in the beginning of September of this year. I was told he would have to order a screen for the device and would need $175 for a deposit for the screen. I paid through **** ***. I was waiting weeks until I found out that the screen he bought came damaged. Therefore, I requested a refund because it was taking way too long just for an **** screen repair. He then guaranteed a refund by saying it directly in-person and by text message, and also said it would be expected to have the refund within a week. It’s been over two and a half months since that message, and every attempt to contact him gave no response. I went back in-person one time and he just said the same thing, “You will get your refund.” His number has now been disconnected and I can’t get any more updates. I need a way to get my guaranteed refund back because I know he is not going to do it. I have also gotten reports of local college students in Oswego having similar results with this guy. He lives where he works and is the owner/only employee. I can easily prove that no money was returned to me and that I gave him money for the deposit via **** *** and text messages from his (now disconnected) phone number.
