I purchased a new RV and had it delivered in on April 26th. I notified the Meyers that day that there was a tear in the bed room flooring that needed to be replaced. I have been trying unsuccessfully since that time to have the flooring replaced. I have and spoken to the service manager at least a dozen times and continue to get the run around that they need more pictures ( I have sent them to them twice). They said they are working with there other Meyers location that is closer to my campground. They are looking into it. In addition I had a leak in one of the slide outs about a month ago that I am still waiting to get fixed with no indication from them as to when that will happen. I also had a leaking water line under my bathroom sink that they did fix, but the leak caused water damage to the interior and the technician took photos of that to be addressed and I have also heard nothing back about that repair.

On 13 September 2023. I made arrangements to purchase. An RV. From Myers RV Superstore. At ********* ******* ** show in Hershey, PA. The sale would be completed on the delivery of my RV that was in the shop at the time. To their office in Syracuse, NY. I explained to them that my RV had been in the shop for a year and I had no promise of when I would be getting it back. Salesman. His name was Alex. Said no problem. An agreement was made. The service contract was on the agreement. Plus a down payment. That comes to a total of $5301.78. Approximately 2 weeks ago, at the beginning of August. I finally got my RV back from the shop. I called Myers RV. To arrange a pickup time for the new trailer. I was told they had voided the sale. And there was nothing to worry about. I asked them about my deposits. And they said the best they could do was get me a prorated return on the service contract. And the other part would be given to me. Towards the purchase of another trailer. I don't see why the Service plan should have been prorated, When the trailer was new IT should have had a one-year warranty on it. And I haven't received the trailer yet, so why should the service contract have started? They have told me they're going to give me. $2400 of the original 3000 for the service contract. Because of the prorating. And the additional money would be used towards the purchase of another RV, which I'm not going to do. Of today, Wednesday 21 August 2024. I have not received any money from them.

Purchased a 2013 ****** ******* ** on June 17, 2024 paid $84,047.62. I paid them to do the title/registration and they issued me a temporary tag without a temporary registration card. It has been over 2 months and my temporary tags are expired. When I contacted them in regards to my tags nearly 3 weeks ago, they take my name, and number and nobody calls back. Today August 20, I contacted them again, left name and number. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks! I asked about another temporary and was told they can't issue another one. I am supposed to be in Florida September 1st and I can't even move my rv from my driveway. I have read the business reviews and saw another complaint about this as well. So it is an ongoing issue. I contacted the WV DMV and my Vin is not even in their system so my paperwork has not even been received by the DMV and its been over 2 months.

We purchased a 2024 ******** travel trailer from Meyer's RV of Albany NY on 04/24/2024. It had several issues that were supposed to be repaired before we took ownership six weeks later. When we picked it up on June 3rd, none of the issues were corrected and in addition, there was a dent in the freezer door that we hadn't noticed before as it was covered with tape. We were told they would start the warranty paperwork as we were leaving NY for Georgia on the 13th. We are in the process of getting the problems fixed under warranty here in Georgia but was told by ******* ***** (who will be doing the repairs) that the freezer door would not be covered as Meyer's said they had not been advised of the damage. I emailed the complaint department at ****** ***** (the parent company of ********) and was told that they had proof that not only was Meyers advised of the dent on June 3rd, the door was approved to be replaced and they received the door on June 28th. While exchanging texts with Mike F******, the GM at Meyer's, he lied to us over and over again, saying that he was "not willing to purchase a door" while he already had the door. Then he told us it was too expensive to ship. We were also told that we had to deal with it because we took the trailer 15 hours away and that it was a "waste" to replace the door for just a dent. In his latest text, he said that he "wouldn't be shipping or paying for anything" as I "threatened" to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a new RV in May 2024 and my awning broke within 30 days. They warrantied and replaced it only to collapse again a week and a half later. They are now telling me that it will not be covered under warranty because it had to be something I did? So that means they are refusing my 1 year warranty that expires May of 2025! I also have an issue with my refrigerator surging and a leak in the roof! I am completely frustrated and to add to my frustration the girl I talked with told me there are multiple customers with the same issues. I can not afford a new awning and do not understand why it would not fall under my warranty.

I purchased an RV 2/23/24 from Myers RV. I was to pick it up from them 3/29/24. They phoned me two days before my pick-up date to let me know it had been damaged and pick up date would be about a month out for them to get it repaired. When I reached out to them a couple of weeks later, I was told that the damage was more substantial than I was originally told, and they were still “ waiting for parts”. I was told the back compartment door had been damaged as they pulled it out of a bay. But, apparently it was four compartment doors as well as trim and some side repair. The end of April, I stopped into their location to see my vehicle, and was told it was at the body shop and they were still waiting for the parts, but no one could tell me what body shop. I told them that I wanted to cancel the sale, now I was buying a damaged vehicle. They told me because they had now titled it to me they would have to sell it as a used vehicle. But, if it is damaged, I am now buying a used vehicle. I did not hear back from them for over a month, when they called letting me know that the remaining parts had come in. I did not hear back from them again! This was over a month ago. I gave them a deposit of $30,000 in a check that was cashed. I insured it with *********** for pick up the end of March which I paid for a year in full. *********** has reached out to let me know that they have no proof of its inspection or registration to me. I had financed it through **** ** ******* and have made four payments on this loan. I would like to cancel the sale and get my money back.

On 5/17/24 I spoke to salesperson, Zachary R** in a parking lot of the Towne Square Mall in Vestal, NY where Meyer's RV had travel camping trailers displayed. After a world wind of questions, I found myself leaving with paperwork saying I purchased a trailer. I don't know how that happened. I am 88 years old.( soon to be 89). I do not hear well at all. I get confused easily. My income, cash down payment, my email address are all incorrect on the paperwork. I did not agree to the additional insurances, fees and interest rates. I want Meyers RV to relinquish me from any contracts with them, and Money Or Loan to *** ****, F***** ****** and ** *********. The loan is saying it's for 86 months, At my age, why would I agree to that? I am not physically able to drive and control the trailer they are trying to sell me. I called Meyers RV on 5/24/24 the morning I was to take my current trailer to them as a trade in and pick up the newer 2019 trailer to tell them I changed my mind and no longer wanted to go through with the sale. The person I spoke to said the manager was not in but they would relay my message. The following week I received a call from Dennis D***/ Business Manager who to me I was stuck with it and still responsible. I cannot afford this and it is very upsetting to me and affecting my health. Please help me. Thank you

4/29/24 signed papers under duress from pressured sales practice. I was not there to purchase anything. I wanted to see used, low priced campers. I was not there to buy one. I walked out of the camper and could not think right and the pressure began. It was more than I could afford and for to many years. I would not want a camper for so much money and pay until I was 87 years old. I don't know how I was convinced to sign. I went right back the next morning and asked them to cancel it. I was told it was binding after I signed. They pushed and pushed to get me to sign and I can't go through with the loan. I signed a sale on consignment paper, on 4/30/24 . I received an email that said pay the first payment June 1st. and they will start selling the camper. The contract said they will sell the camper for 90 days from the signing date 4/30/24. They promise a lot and make up different rule along the way. Tell you numbers and raise them later.

We bought a camper from them on July 1, 2022. When we went to closing we were told that we didn't need to bring anything. After paperwork got started turns out they needed two months of paystubs and we didn't have any with us. They told us we couldn't take our camper home and would have to come back. when we got outside it was still hooked to our vehicle I had to ask for them to unhook it just so we could leave. We were told when we come back we would get something for our trouble. We came back and did all the paperwork and they gave us a $25 gift card to their camp store. That didn't even cover the cost of gas to get there a second time. Once outside they didn't even hook it up for us we had to ask again. I tried complaining to corporate a few weeks later and they promised a call to address the issue and none was ever returned. Then last summer we had some issues with the camper and asked to have them repair it since we purchased the silver package. They had us deliver our camper on Nov 28, 2023. We were told it would take a few months. We just got our camper back two days ago 5/18/24. They had it for months and my husband had to hound them with phone calls just to get it back in time for camping season. They didn't even repair everything we asked for and we were told we couldn't pick it up until after they were closed because it was a weekend. When we went to get it the battery was completely dead and we had trouble loading it on our hitch. My husband had to manually crank it to get it to lift up to get the camper hooked up. Also, the camper was a filthy mess. My husband had a call from a manager who claimed they were working on it but would be in touch weeks ago here when he called the other day it was "done" and nobody bothered to call us so if we hadn't complained it would still be sitting there. Our experience with this company has been a nightmare since that mess up at closing. I have so much more to say but I have to keep it under so many words.
