      concrete floor install: $3,300.00 WITH TAX- $2828 CASH PRICE Slab Cost, Non-discounted retail pricing for: 4+ inch thick, fibermesh reinforced **** *** concrete. Broom finish. Quantity includes typical waste overage, material for repair and local delivery. Cement Slab Installation Labor, Basic Basic labor to install cement slab with favorable site conditions. Layout pad height and slope. Lightly grade and remove loose soil. Set forms and reinforcing. Pour and finish concrete. Excavation, gravel base layer included . 500 sq ft maximum. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup. Slab Excavation Excavate with hand tools to a uniform depth below final surface level - to a maximum depth of 8 inches. For sidewalks, slabs and driveways. Distribute excavation material on site. WORK NOT COMPLETED AS PER COMMITMENT. We have photographed workmanship per attached & have text messaging expressing unsatisfaction. We are able to provide evidence to confirm concrete did not set properly, contractor did not have proper tools available at time of pour. Project would need to be demolished, repoured, set and cured by another company to fix what was done. Contractor was reachable until final cash payment. Stated we would be happy with finished project claiming 20 year warranty. Reached out to contractor via text, email and NUMEROUS phone calls without  resolution. Unable to utilize space as of 06/20/2023 to current
